Table collected from temple and Webster on 4th March. Charged $599.95 by TW shipping. E.T.A 6 March. Table 12 days later still sitting in depot in Victoria. Absolutely appalling service. Worst transport/delivery company in Australia. No idea how they have a contract with Amazon when every package sent via them is always damaged, weeks late, or simply never arrives. Their tracking system provides zero updates. They must be costing Amazon a fortune in refunds and insurance claims. Show details

professionalism, until Dec 19, the day of the delivery. I had been given a window of 8:00 am to 11:00am for the delivery in the text on Dec 18. On Dec 19 I got into the office at 7:00am so I could clear my old desk of all my files and computer, had the old desk removed from the office and waited patiently for my new desk to arrive as scheduled by this company. At 9:19am on Dec 19 I receive a text informing me that my desk would not be delivered due to a capacity issue. What? Did they not know their capacity on the 18th? How can a company that prides itself on its transport and logistics services get is wrong. Obviously they can’t schedule their workload, they don’t know their capacity and they should not be trusted.

had a delivery scheduled and confirmed for Wednesday but no one showed up, no email or text updates ... contacted me, I decide to call them again cause l've been home all day waiting ?

The lady mentions that she assumes my delivery isn't coming, and for some reason she can't reschedule, when she finally managed to be able to reschedule she told me I had to wait an entire week??? The least a business can do is send a text or email saying that the delivery won't be happening to prevent people taking time off work to stay home, not to mention I called the morning off about it too...

Come to delivery day, make sure you have your entire day empty and you’re at home because they keep changing the ETA. The tracking will tell you how many steps is in front of you then every time he is close to my house and I’m next in line and I’ll be getting the update that it’s coming to me all of a sudden he’ll add another stop and this keeps happening the entire day for hours

Extremely poor. Staff have no idea of what they are doing. They don't treat your items with respect. The staff also had very poor literacy so anything complex is missed as they can't read the instructions properly and cannot understand any request that is beyond basic. For simple items they might be ok, but I would suggest you avoid them as you will be paying a very high price for an extremely poor service. Show details

Told delivery would be delivered on 3 separate occasions (Sydney Metro), it never arrived. Spoke with the office lady on several occasions and she said she would look into it and call back, never did. I always had to do the chasing…. I don’t know whether the item was lost or stolen whilst in their possession…..but it never arrived. I’m now having to resolve this issue directly with the supplier. Worst delivery company ever – Hands down worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I was advised that my delivery from Amazon would arrive on 3 different occasions and it wasn’t delivered. There was no explanation for why it wasn’t delivered and kept getting rescheduled. Everytime I was advised it was escalated to an account manager and someone would ring me back but they never did. I hope I never have to deal with them for another delivery again. Show details

The worst transport company in Melbourne – This company has no idea what day it is let alone how to deliver anything. This is the second time they have stuffed us up, they FORGOT to put our large item of furniture on the truck and yet they texted us all day saying it would arrive. Just unbelievable. Show details

They stole my parcel – Designer transport were meant to deliver my parcel on Friday whilst I was home all day waiting. I got a notification that my parcel was delivered, but no one came. drove off with my parcel. 4 attempts at talking with designer transport, always told they will look into it and get back to me, never did. It's now Tuesday and I haven't heard from the manager Michael, or the team to sort this out. This is the most disappointed I've ever been in a delivery company with an expensive parcel. I'll be contacting their ombudsman.

Excellent Experience – Eli and Joe were very professional and helpful. Text updates were sent frequently leading up to delivery day and giving approximate time. On the day Eli rang to advise they'd deliver in 20 minutes and came right on time. I was unable to come to the door when they arrived so they carried the mirrors inside the house and stored safely for me. Really appreciate the great service and highly recommend Designer Transport. Show details

acknowledged the poor service I had experienced previously and made a genuine effort to address my concerns. On the day of delivery, she even called to ensure everything went smoothly. While my frustration with previous support staff remains due to the earlier negative interaction, Ann's dedication and commitment to customer service have made a noticeable difference. This additional star is specifically for her outstanding handling of my situation.

This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had, thanks to Designer Transport. My order has been marked as “attempted delivery” for over a week, but after calling support, I found out it wasn’t even attempted—it’s just sitting in their warehouse. No one bothered to tell me this, and there’s no way to get an estimated delivery date. I was told I just have to wait for the system to “automatically assign” a delivery date. How is that even remotely acceptable?

I stressed the urgency of my order, only to be met with dismissive responses. Apparently, because I chose “Authority to Leave” (as if I had other options), Designer Transport couldn’t confirm any delivery timeline. They even suggested I should contact Amazon to “upgrade my service” if I wanted my package sooner—as if reliable service is only available to those who pay extra. Absolutely no empathy, no flexibility, and no attempt to help at all.

The tracking has been stuck on “attempted delivery” for over a week, with no updates or clarity on when it will arrive. Designer Transport’s lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, and I would avoid using them if you value reliable delivery service.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE – Do not use these couriers. Ordered something off Amazon and these were selected as the delivery couriers and they sent me false messages to say they had picked up my order and it was due to be delivered and when I called them when my package never arrived they said that they had never collected my package and couldn’t give me any information on it! Just useless – Purchased a product off Amazon on 11.12.2023, for a present for my wife for Christmas with a guarantee it would be delivered by 23.12.2023. When the item hadn't moved from Sydney, tried to ring them. after being on hold for 10 minutes, was put through to an answering machine. Left a message (Nil response). response. Then found out they closed down over Christmas but updated to say the package would be delivered 08.01.2024. When that day came and went, was given a new date via text being 10.01.2024. Took the day off work as I am now off holidays. Waited all day for the delivery guaranteed for delivery between 10:30 and 13:00. At 16:00 received a text saying it wasn't coming and that it would be delivered tomorrow. Another day that I will have to take off work to wait. This company is rubbish, pity there is nothing less than a 1 star.

Incompetent or Stealing Packages? – Amazon has for some unbeknownst reason decided to use this mob as a carrier for bulky items. They are either stealing packages or just really incompetent, and chances are you'll never see your item. Check google reviews and you'll see this isn't an isolated incident, this is a modus operandi.
