recommend ordering your usual size. Aside from that, one of the dresses has pockets and my hand went straight through as there was a huge hole in it! Easily fixed, but shouldn't have been there at all. That's the only whinge I have.

Half Scam – I purchased a dress, supposedly size UK 16, and it was WAY too small. I bought it because under their return policy they state that they accept returns within 30 days, although they mention that only AFTER submitting a return ticket they will let you have an address for the return. on with my purchase. Anyway I did, and now I am stuck with a dress I can't wear and if I want to return it I'll have to spend at least £20 to ship it back to China (half the price of the dress...). After submitting my return request they even sent me an email with my options, indicating that the return address is in Shenzhen and I should check how much it is to ship a parcel there before anything else (!) and to this moment I still do not have an actual address.

Should I spend more money to ship the dress to China, I do not think I would even actually get my money back, judging by other customers' reviews.

Do not buy from DEZZAL. It's simply a scam.

Easy Returns – I recently purchased 2 dresses from Dezzal and off course did not fit as far too small. I immediately sent them an email to which they responded. posted them off at a cost of $30.00 and within 2 weeks had full refund and all my emails were responded to within the hour. I love their designs but made for smaller people but all dealings were very amicable and helpful.

Bad communications – I purchased a dress online and it never got delivered. It took them a month to let me know it was out of stock. Not pleased at all

Wont Refund My Money – Returned the dress. It was confirmed by "customer service" that it was received to their warehouse OVER A MONTH AGO! They wont refund my money, and keep giving me excuses. They're telling me now that it's my bank's issue. What a joke. This website is a complete scam with very poor quality garments and BS customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

Cheap looking – Customer service was good and fast shipping. Bought two frocks .But the cloths are made from cheap fabric and does not have a good finish. Very disappointing.

no response – My dress, which was lovely was sent remarkably fast but it was too small-my mistake. Trying to order a larger size and get information to return the other dress has fallen on total silence, emailed and contacted twice! Still waiting.

Angry – My delivery is not here and I need it by next week. And we have already paid for it.. It was ordered on the 23rd of January with standard shipping. Never got my money refunded – I ordered a dress on line that was transparent sheer and had flowers printed with a slip. When I got the polyester material was so stiff and so coarse it chafed. I sent it back for a refund a month and a half ago and haven't gotten my money back. So unprofessional, I will never try anything from this company again.

Terrible experience – I ordered the geometric dress, it was horrible very cheap fabric, it didn't fit and the seams of the dress were crooked. Not only that, after 13 days of returning the awful dress I'm still waiting my money back.

Horrible – I ordered a purse and even though their delivery times were obnoxious I ordered anyway. After weeks of no delivery I contacted them to be told the item was out of stock! They took the order, sent a confirmation and took my money and it's OUT OF STOCK?? Stick to your known, reputable stores and don't order here!!

I did order an item to see what it's like! and was expecting a terrible made dress! Although the dress was beautiful made and I love it, the waiting time is extremely long! and like other reviewers here, I had the same problem with their so called customer service who by the way is one person only with different names!

The waiting time is a tactic for making more money! The clothes are already made back in Hong Kong and since the company is run by a Chinese man, I would expect nothing less! I lived in China for many years and know their way of business!

The prices for England is very high for what and how the company provides the items. And since this is a Chinese company from Hong Kong I would expect a lot of times items are not as described! Although I am tempted to buy some more items, I am expecting them to turn really badly!

Lushijiao Bluish yellow blouse-HORRIBLE PRODUCT – Ordered a blouse that was to be silk but turned out to be polyester. Poorly stitched around the neck and hemline. I usually order medium size but for this item decided to go with large yet it does not fit me. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from Dezzal. It is waste of time and money and heartaches.

Because Dezzal ask for your measurements it enables them to advise on which size would best fit and the size they recommended was perfect and the dress beautiful. So, impressed and pleased with their product, I ordered two more dresses and they were just as beautiful and just as well made. Everyone asks me where I bought the lovely dresses. So to sum it up, the dresses look as good when delivered as they show on the website, they are beautifully made and great quality and the sizing is perfect so if you want beautiful designer clothing for a very reasonable price and a very reliable company I would highly recommend you check out Dezzal you will not be disappointed.

Horrible product – I had ordered a leather bag a f was waiting for more than a month to be delivered . It stated on the bag leather but it was not and the quality of the zips and the handles was horrible. Never will I order anything from this site

little longer. I opted to wait. However after about another week, they contacted me again to say that the item is out of stock and they cannot supply. I opted for a refund, which they provided quickly. So, while I have to say their customer service is pretty prompt and responsive, I am extremely frustrated and annoyed that I wasted so much of my time choosing a dress I liked, and then waiting so long to find out it is out of stock. was out of stock. With the second order, I purchased another beautiful dress together. I was told to wait for 10 days to get the dress ready to deliver. I waited for 14 days and sent them an enquiry. I was then told that item was also out of stock. These bad experiences are completed unacceptable. It gave me the doubts whether this company is a real online company. Luckily they refunded me quickly although the refund of the second bookings had to be waited for 10 days as someone else mentioned before.

Satisfied customer – Dezzal has a great customer service (they reply quickly to my questions) and all the purchases I have done with them, was good quality and beautiful design. Never been disappointed !

Item not as advertised - can't get their co-operation – The garment I ordered was of very poor quality and the sizing not as advertised. My garment was in 3 parts with skirt, dress and jacket. the mistake until the order is sent out at an unspecified time. The only way I could get a refund for a mistake I made was to actually cancel the whole order. I wouldn't have done this until I found out that the order was not estimated to be sent out for another 10 days (and that couldn't be absolutely confirmed) and I felt it was not good form to hold onto the refund amount for that length of time. When I tried to resolve the issue I was dealt with very rudely and lost my 20% first time buy discount. Left a very bad flavour in my mouth.

Unable to return unwanted goods which were not as described on website – I have been unable to return the unwanted dress (polyester not silk) because in order to do so I have to access the original order page and fill out a "Return Ticket". gone through PayPal and the order was delivered within 5 days by DHL. Clearly PayPal and DHL have the correct email address, home address and mobile number which they could only have received via my original order with Dezzal.

The clothes are very special, and often unique and unusual, and are made from lovely fabrics, including some exquisite pieces in silk. The website is very easy to navigate, and you can use several filters - type of garment, style, size, fit, fabric, colour, etc. - but also can browse individual designers' collections. It's worth using the filters as the range is quite extensive. The clothes look very well made and worth the prices charged. Prices are given in whatever currency you choose from a drop-down menu. The garments are professionally modelled and photographed, and detailed descriptions are also included, although some descriptions were not totally accurate, e.g. describing a dress as "active" or "work" wear when it was an elegant dress you'd wear in the evening, or as being for "summer" when it had three-quarter sleeves and thick fabric. However, these small inaccuracies are easy to spot and don't affect your perception of the suitability of the garment.

One problem is that the size guides do not seem to make much sense. However, by ignoring the size guide and instead using "find my size" for each garment, I could type in my measurements and find what size I was in that garment, and I was also told when a garment would not fit me, based on my measurements. Tip: Use "find my size" for an accurate fit for each garment you may want to buy.

Postage is free for orders over US$59, which probably applies to most orders. I received my beautiful dress only about a week after ordering. Dezzal communicated with me before and after I received the parcel. It was reassuring that they checked to make sure everything was correct before sending the parcel.

I was delighted to find that the dress I ordered, the V-Neck Print Patched Dress by Ziyi, I fitted me perfectly! It has a very flattering cut featuring diagonal seams across the body, and the fabrics are lovely.

I recommend this online shopping site to people who love beautiful clothes and want to buy them safely and at a reasonable price. I have several items on my wish list, and will definitely use the site again for an enjoyable shopping experience.
