waste of money – Dig Options does not have any after sales service whatsoever. , they do not return inquiry calls. Purchasing any of there Products is a waste of money. They should be prevented from trading .

Misleading and poor service – Purchased a TPMS that states 5 year battery life on the sensors. They have started going flat after less than half this time requiring you to purchase a new sensor at around $70 each. Dig options have not returned calls. Terrible customer service and poor quality product .

Tyre Pressure Monitoring System – I bought my Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) from DIgoptions and what a great system it is. Capable of monitoring 22 tyres, I use it to monitor the tyre pressures for my caravan and ute. It has already saved me the expense of replacing shredded tyres and I wouldn't be without it now. It is also interesting to monitor tyre… Read more

pressures/temperatures under varying load conditions. Digoptions provided many good options and their customer service were outstanding. When I had a failure with one of the sensors they were quick to replace it under warranty. The ordering system is easy to navigate and I received the goods in a timely manner. I checked other sources for comparable replacement sensors and was unable to source anything remotely as good for the same price. I have nothing but praise for Digoptions.

Product support – Purchased a stereo/nav system 12 months ago, worked well. Family member did a reset without backing up files. Contacted digoptions product support, couldn’t be more helpful. Had us sorted pretty quickly and followed up on any inquiry. Show reply

Unbeatable customer service – Had an issue where the TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System) sensors would not pair which ended up being my own fault for not reading the instructions. The company representatives were pretty helpful and made a video to help me. Great customer support, good value for money products. November 25th 2019 Update: Quality product at a great price … Read more

All products I bought have been quickly received and any issues resolved quickly. With easy plug and play install of the stereo it makes DIY satisfying and fun. I've found the dig options online store to be easy to navigate and new bargains keep me coming back to check all the time. I have been exceptionally happy with the customer service as well as the quality of product.

Don’t use them. Non Existent Communication – I purchased a Tyre Monitoring system from them but quickly realised our caravan had already come with them. I rang Dig Options the same day to explain and cancel order. No body picked up and I left a message. I also emailed and explained straight away and again got a generic email back saying they would get back to me. I rang and emailed quite a… Read more

few times and of course nobody rang or emailed me back. After a few days I raised a ticket in PayPal and eventually I received one email stating that they will give me a refund once they got the package back, they supplied a return sticker for Aust Post and a Warranty form . Over this time I had received the package from them. The ticket/dispute date was due to expire with PayPal so I rang PayPal and spoke to their amazing service centre who extended the ticket. Once DIG Options were in receipt of the package PayPal refunded me the money straight away. I should have read the reviews on them before purchasing.

Its a gamble with NO support or warranty – I Bought a head unit and reverse camera for a Subaru. Issues encountered: - Some CD’s get stuck inside, Digoptions blames the CDs and did nothing further. The same CDs work fine in my other cars. - Reverse camera was faulty at delivery. After jumping through hoops and being blamed by Digoptions for incorrect installation etc, I eventually got… Read more

a replacement. The camera failed after 3 years. Bought an exact replacement and it failed after 5 seconds. No support given. No refund, no replacement and Paypal claim avoided by giving me a return label that had a different address than what they gave Paypal, so even after returning the faulty unit I got no refund or even a reply to my emails. - Lifetime free map updates is a false and fraudulent statement. Ask for updates and you are guaranteed to get NO response from them.

Take your chances, but don't expect them to honour a warranty or to get a quality product.

I am an Electrical Engineer so I know what I do as for installation etc.

BAD BAD. NO ONE HOME – They took my money & sent the reversing camera kit. Went to have it installed but item wasn’t compatible with my head unit. 1. Tried to call dig options but no answer 2. Products Are Low Quality – Bought a head unit for a ve commodore along with two under-seat subwoofers. The subwoofers work fine, but the headunit could not be installed. would power off when volume was increased, hazard light button was non-operational, and air-conditioning controls not working.

We both tried contacting Dig Options support but the call ended after being on hold for 20 minutes. I have since tried sorting the issue over email, but have not recieved a response for two weeks now.

Extremely poor customer service. Just refund the cost of the faulty head-unit. There is nothing I can do with the unit now. BE WARNED.. Do not purchase from this company!

No warranty. No communication – I purchased a waterproof reversing camera and monitor. It worked great for six months then stopped working. Wouldn’t deal with them – I rang and ordered a GPS head unit for my Hyundai last year and it was in stock and delivery was 7-10 days so paid for it straight away. a head unit for another model of Hyundai. Had enough by this time and rang back and was told that there weren’t any of my model in stock and I challenged their inventory system. Then told to send back and they providing post label and got refund within 7 days.

Was then told 20% off next purchase when they arrive in stock. So did a little bit more research and there is my model in stock at Kogan for another $300 more. It was the Dig Options brand. You cannot still to this day buy a unit from them so I was dudded and caught in the middle of distribution agreement done with Kogan. I didn’t come down in the last shower - so this post speaks for itself on integrity

Do not deal with this company – Purchased a head unit from this company. Tried contacting by email, phone and messages about purchase. Phone number is for a trustee company. No response. item was never posted. No explaination. Im happy because if I did have any issues with the item I know I would have had no help from the company. Zero customer support. I am waiting for a refund

Do not purchase from this company – Tried multiple times via phone and email to contact this company. It was an easy installation because it came with a wiring harness that was factory fit, it… Read more

would not power up at all, nothing worked. Refitted original radio and of course it's fine. But now we have intermittent electrical issues with our car, instrument cluster flicking on and off, ac controls stop working and have to turn ignition off and on again. There's no instructions, no serial number and no contact from DigOptions. We have now contacted consumer affairs as we feel there's no other option. We want a full refund which we have been advised we are entitled to. Wish we had read the reviews before purchasing. 12/5 Update I was finally contacted by [Name Removed] at DigOptions offering a full refund once they had received the item back. I was given an RMA form and I express posted with signature required. They received the item 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. I received a message on the DigOptions face book saying that [Name Removed] was sick and that the store had been advised to proceed with the refund, it didn't happen and I was then blocked. A week later I received an email from a person called [Name Removed] saying they can't find the item could I provide the Australia post delivery confrontation bearing in mind it was signed for. I then received another email 4 days later saying they could not refund through PayPal as PayPal won't let them due to it being an older sale which is funny because I still have the option to refund to anyone I have sold to even after 7 months. I was asked for my bank account details which I provided twice to be sure. I was sent a statement saying the transaction had been done but I discovered they had changed the last digit of my bsb and used my middle name instead of my last. When we questioned this they told us we had to contact our bank to fix it. This is not possible. They have now seased contact. I do not believe they have any intention of refunding my money. We have discovered the owner has 4 companies listed under Masten enterprise's. I will not give up until I receive my money. This company is dishonest. I will follow up with images of the emails I have received from DigOptions shortly.

Money goooone … – Ever so helpful at point of sale, but that ends so quickly. The instructions are not compatible with the supplied items. Stamped on the senders are four digit numbers 2312 and 4921, but the instructions refer to a TP10S, TP20S and TP24S ? No tool was supplied to change the batteries, even after I was told it was sent? I do not even believe that there is a tech help ? Very disappointing performance all round

Take your money - Don't care about support – Bought an early version of the S200 head unit. The iGo maps keep crashing, the menus are in chinglish, unit locks up, loses time settings and the Bluetooth phone call quality was very bad. Initially support was good. Can't fault the support... because there is no support – I bought the top of the range stereo/navigation unit in 2019, with additional cameras, OziExplorer maps, OBD2 and DAB+ interface to replace the factory unit in my Jeep Wrangler. There are no installers listed in SA, so this would be done by ourselves. I received the main unit in December 2019, and expected the other bits to follow in the new… Read more

year. COVID happened, and I thought this was causing some delays, but 12 months later, I have still not received the additional components. The street navigation maps loaded on the unit was updated in 2015. The steering controls don't work. I can pair my iPhone, but because the sound sometimes disappears, that means I have to grab the phone and switch it to speaker (which is not safe). I completed a 2000 km remote trip listening to music played on the speaker of my iPhone (because the supposed link that would allow me to play my playlist, hasn't arrived). I bought HEMA offroad maps from the Google Store, but I'm unable to install any additional applications on the unit. The reversing camera has not yet arrived. I bought a seperate OBD2 dongle that I can access on my phone while waiting for the DIG Options unit.

I have contacted them multiple times via the support page, but have yet to receive any response.

I am now considering reinstalling the old unit (which was safer as I could at least operate my phone handsfree, I could use the steering wheel controls and I had a functional reversing camera). I then have to look into replacing this system, or purchasing (again) the parts to make it useful and safe.

Terrible experience!!! – HORRIBLE UNIT! Would give zero stars if possible. I bought the latest unit to fit my Triton. prior to going out the maps are constantly ‘looking for satellites‘. I purely bought this unit for the maps and they’re worse than useless. Have emailed the support page countless times and have never received any useful information. There’s probably 20 other issues I haven’t stated here because at this point it’s a waste of time. No support whatsoever. Extremely frustrating!
