Denica was outstanding when dealing with any issues that occurred. I found her Professionalism and patience second to none. If you are not in arrears and live respectable, you won't have any issues if at all with DR Property.

Purchased property in December with Samantha, was not below market value at all. Units selling in the same block for the same price so don’t know what we paid 15k for.

Brisbane that I purchased in early 2022 for $167,000 that's now worth $300,000-$325,000 and a property I bought in Perth in late 2022 for $205,000 that's now worth $325,000.
The $167,000 Brisbane property I purchased with a 5% deposit (they also let me capitalise the LMI) meaning it only cost me $16,500 in up front costs.
The $205,000 Perth property I purchased in my SMSF with a 20% deposit (which is the minimum I was able to) cost me $48,500 in up front costs.
DPG are now purchasing in the Melbourne market and I have jumped on board picking up a three bedroom house 45 minutes from the CBD for $488,000, I'm excited to see what happens here.
You can see by some of my older purchases that they were only small entry prices, because I've built up my asset base, I'm now able to buy bigger properties as I have a solid foundation behind me of strong cashflow and available equity.
I couldn't possibly recommend their services enough! Get on-board!

for $677K (estimated value being $900K). My 7th purchase 2 bedroom unit, in a very trendy Melbourne suburb for $375K, worth around $550K. Aside for these 2 absolute gems, every other purchase has been minimum $50-100K under market, with most now being $200-300k above their respective purchase prices (in only 2-3 years) ! Not sure how he is able to continually find these incredible deals but I am extremely thankful he can and could not recommend Eddie or his team enough !

Worst real estate agent I've ever dealt with. You can see most of their reviews are fake on google. They appear to attempt to be intimidating rather than useful. I would not recommend them at all.
Run to the hills, just an incompetent group. They don't know how to property manage, don't ever let them manage your property. They cannot get items fixed in a normal manner, are rude to owners and tenants.
Avoid like the [Content Removed]! [Content Removed]! – Where do i start.................................... We paid $14,000 to purchase a property that once completed was not what was on the photo's. The house was cockroach infested, window's smashed, door's hanging off, mould problems, holes in the wall, leaky pipe's....... the list goes on! that had wrecked the house and were paying under the rental amount that we were told when buying the property........ but during the sale's tactic's from [Name Removed] these tenant's were brilliant, looked after the property and were a dream. Go figure!
After complaining to [Name Removed] he brushed the situation off and proceeded to offer free property management for a year. Sounds great, however the DR property management team are about as much use as [Name Removed] is. We had 4 different property manager's over the space of a year all of which were useless and didn't seem to have a clue what was going on.
They are very good drawing you in to sell you an 'under market' house and then as soon as money has swapped hand's begin quoting legislation and excuses as to why they cant sort thing's out and full fill promises or statements that they made.
We are taking every email and piece of correspondence to the ombudsman and will be targeting [Name Removed] as the licensee due to the fact he knows there is miss practice going on and is actively allowing it happen.
My advice to anybody that is considering either using [Name Removed]'s buying service or his property management services is DONT! you will seriously regret it.

Great value! – Bought a property in Brisbane in 2021 for $295k and now it's worth over $550k! Well worth the hype. Have already bought a second property for $310k and it's up to around $340k already.
Non communication – WA....supposedly the new property managers if my unit.....have not had 1 one single form of communication.....this has resulted in not being able to pay rent......There better not be attitude to the areas as they have with others.

Realestate.com.au I'm already seeing similar properties being advertised for $95k more than what I purchased mine for! Both DPG and Picker Financial have been incredible to work with, and I'll definitely be purchasing more properties through their services very soon.

no.2" Who was presenting properties to me that did not fit the brief, poor quality and not under MV.
A serious lack of due-dilligence and CMA was done on the property that was presented to me. I got a copy / paste email from the agent, a RP data report (which has maybe 1 or 2 comparables) some photo's and a cashflow anaylsis of the property. Whilst this is a good start, that's essentially where the DD ends. Not even an inspection is carried out by the team. Had to request a video-walkthrough of the property from the sellor to have the confidence to put the offer in (249k)
It was later listed on RE.com, offers over $230,000. The property was supposedly "negotiated down" prior. 15k outlay for a BA service, you would certainly expect some of these costs to be recouped from sourcing a property deal that is under MV (like it say's on the tin), or at the very least under a desktop val, for the purposes of releasing equity later. Approached BA #2 on this, there response was essentially "Perth market was moving, everything going well over asking." It was a motivated sellor, and i feel they could of certainly pushed harder to get a better price here. Looking after the client that's paying you, as opposed to maintaining the relationship with your agent.
The net result was basically paying over asking, with huge transaction costs on-top. Once you factor in the BA fee's and the expensively refered solicitor recomended by Dilleen Proprerty Group. Your left wondering why you engaged these guys in the first place. If the property is not off-market and not under MV, where's the value here?
Its pretty disapointing when your blasted with client success emails and youtube video's and that same outcome was not achieved for you. Not to mention the run around of doing alot of the work prior to settlement yourself. Outside of the information pack provided and booking a B & P. There was basically 0 contact with the accounts team throughout the process, aside from a "your b & p is due today" email. When i did have a question, their number was uncontactable inside normal business hours and essentially gave up.
Did have some positive interactions with [Name Removed] and [Name Removed]. Very knowledgeable, could tell they were great operator's. They gave the impression they geniunely wanted to achieve a good outcome for you.
My honest thought's, DPG are about volume. Sourcing property in high growth locations is great, but felt i didn't get alot of value for money here given the reasons above.

2023, we renegaged Dilleen for another interstate purchase, this time in Perth. Again - I wouldn't have purchased this on my own, but Eddie runs through the strategy, knows the areas really well, and again we just trusted his strategy. We settle on the place soon and we've just signed a tenant with 10.7% yield. We're so happy with this purchase too. On to the next one Eddie!

bought the 3 bed, 3bath townhouse property for $305,000 and one year on it has just been valued at $450,000!! A massive increase of over 47% in one year!
It was originally renting for $350 a week, and basically as soon as we settled the rent increased and it has now increased again to $475 a week.
These positive figures have enabled us to purchase two more investment properties over the last month! Thank you so much Eddie for your assistance in choosing the right property for our goals which we are continuing to realise!

more of my funds into our super to pay less tax. Fast track to 2021, I always wanted to invest in property for leverage, tax and passive income reasons. I truly believe it was a divine appointment for me to stumble across Eddie's utube with the title, 'I used 50k in my super to buy a property'. This caught my attention, the video was not high quality however the information was like gold to me. Within a week, I watched all Eddie's utube videos up to 3-4 times as property investment were so foreigns to me without any basic knowledge. I learned so much about finance, yield, buying under market value, what to look for and mistakes to avoid within weeks/months. I also learned that Eddie grew up in Western Sydney where I also grew up in Plumpton in Sydney. His humility and approach to life was so powerful to me and I felt like talking to a mate with our first strategic call.
