Still waiting for a quote for repairs to my van after colliding with a Kangaroo in the first week of August. Always promising that they will be uploaded tomorrow.

No quotes. Waste of my time. Just drive to a smash repair. Waste of 48 hours

Very poor experience – Several days after requesting a quote I was advised their repairers were too busy to quote, but was provided with 2 alternatives. The first one said they had no affiliation with DingGo. I didn’t bother with the second.

Stay clear from this company – I am one of the repairers for Dingo and let me tell you that it is disgraceful. Not only do they give you false information but then charge a percentage to get the repairs to your business. When I asked them why would I want to do work for less money and try and take shortcuts for them. Response was over charge the client

Disappointing – I called the repair service at Hornsby as recommended by DingGo as my photos were not clear enough to assess the damage to my car and it needed a personal inspection. workshop, as I am both unfamiliar with the area and a pretty nervous driver. The person hung up on me before I could even finish explaining myself. His tone was quite aggressive and it actually left me a little upset. I was polite and pleasant and a genuine potential customer, and if he did think I was being a bit pedantic about directions, surely that is not cause for being so hostile. He might do fabulous work, but I will never know because I would not be comfortable dealing with such a personality and found somewhere else to go.

Meaningless website – I have tried to obtain to get a quote from panel beaters. About two days later I received a message saying that I have to bring the car in for quoting. I don't need a website to tell me that, I can do that myself. I suggest including an estimate option where people can get an indicative cost of the repair, otherwise, the service is completely meaningless. Show details

Exactly as advertised – Had a small prang that wasn’t worth going through insurance. I uploaded my photos and got my car back fixed within a within the week after receiving a few quotes.

Really great system. Saved me time and money – Had my side-mirror swiped, got the independent quotes quickly after following their instructions and taking the required photos of the damage. Picked my panel-beater for repair and that was it. Saved me driving around for quotes and my mirror was repaired quickly. Price transparency was a huge plus as well.

Dinggo is your best friend to repair car damage – Dinggo was such an easy platform to use, get quotes and book in a repair job. Having transparency on the price to do the work was something that I’ve never experienced before. I’ve been fortunate to have not had to use Dinggo before but fortunate that I now have a friendly reliable companion to help me through repairs in the future.

Less than disappointing – I have submitted a very simple job to be quoted on, and weeks later there's only been one quote from a business that clearly has no idea what I'm looking to have done and even what vehicle I have. DingGo is now pressuring me to accept that quote in daily emails and I can't even cancel the job. Less than disappointing level of service.

Pretty useless when they won't provide quotes – Not worth the hassle when they won't provide a quote. Photos uploaded and they refused to provide a quote. I was able to get one from a local repairer who took photos then sent a quote but this seems beyond dinggo

Fantastic Idea Great Service Used Twice – DingGo is so easy to use. This is my second time we have used them. Would highly recommend this service. Great value for money and fabulous for timing, so so easy no running around. On both occasions got really competitive rates. Repairers were professional, on time and work well done.

Used Twice, both great experiences! – I have a Mazda 3 and was quoted over $3k for passenger side dog leg damages when I brought it into a shop and was told to go through my insurance. I used dinggo and got a quote for a little over $1k. Saved me $$$ I used it again for some small touch up work and a mobile repairer came out to fix it up.

Dreadful service - waste of time – I took the time to upload photos to this website only to receive an email 10 minutes later telling me that I had not uploaded any pics. So I uploaded them again. 10 minutes later, another email saying that I had not uploaded any pics. So I did it a 3rd time. 10 minutes later , you guessed it, another email. Bad service and quotes 4 times the quote I have got myself – I have registered for the Quote to repair the car. It tool 5 days and no quotes even I follow up. I went a found a quote myself and put car for repair. Then I received a quote that is 4 times the price at what I got myself. While ideais good the implementation does not work. Will not be using it again. Lost some time

Finally a service that actually does what they say – Very kind and considerate. I was recovering from a major surgery at time of repair and they made this such a stress free experience. Highly recommend. Thank you DingGo for the prompt response to any questions about the repairs.
