Affordable. Convenient. Delicious! – I was a complete beginner to cooking prior to signing up. I now feel very confident in the kitchen thanks to Dinnerly. Their recipes were quick and simple to follow, and very flavorsome. The ingredients were always fresh. As a Pescetarian, there were lots of great options to choose from every week. I did research before signing up to Dinnerly and I found that they are the most affordable in the market. Highly recommend! Show details

So far so good! – On our second week of Dinnerly meals and so far so good! Delivered on time and given a few minutes warning before arrival. Meat temperatures are very cold and fresh produce always looks vibrant. Only a limp spring onion and 1 bland dish so far, but still edible. Dinnerly helps us keep to a budget each week while trying new recipes and cooking techniques. Show details ·  1

Keeps our fam fed, low hassle, high reliability – Pretty great at keeping our family fed, we're both working parents and getting home doing a bit of cooking without doing all the grocery planning is a treat. Also portion control and we love the choice of recipes. Show details

Love it, look forward to new boxes every week – I’m really happy with my Dinnerly meals. I order 3 x 2 serves a week for me and my teenage daughter and we’re always surprised with how tasty the meals are. I love that there’s no waste and the time I save preparing these meals is an absolute bonus. Never had a problem with quality either, the ingredients always seem fresh and look appetising. Been using Dinnerly for over 3 months now and I’ll definitely continue. Show details

If I could give a no star review, I would. First their system got my address wrong, so my first and only delivery was made to a house down the road. I was able to retrieve the order, but the box was open, the freezer bags almost completely unfrozen.… Read more

The order was outside for max 1 hour and it wasn't a hot day. I ordered enough meals for 2 people for 5 days. Before the 5 days were up, the veges were rotting and I had to buy fresh. They say fresh food, but its not fresh. The customer service is even worse; I've logged two issues and have not heard a single word back. What a waste of time and money. Not worth the effort and the meals wearn't great. Never again.

Follow-up  · The meals are the Temu version of Hello Fresh. The online version looks appetizing, the reality is the opposite. Still haven't had follow up from customer service and don't expect to. You would think a company would use feedback as an opportunity to improve, but not this lot. Don't waste your time and money.

Have generally enjoyed the recipes being easy to follow and tasty. However, I am getting bored with the vegetables, lack of variety - carrots and zucchini, carrots and zucchini. Where are the broccoli or broccolini, beans, cauliflower. Vegetable prices have reduced considerably, so would appreciate more variety to select. My family don’t like zucchini. Show details

We use 4 meal/week package suits our lifestyle and when away from home, just skip, its so easy. The delivery drivers for this company are useless. Dropped someone else's parcels at my door at 5.40AM on a Sunday Morning waking the whole house because my Germam Shepherd heard and saw a van door and torch at our front door. The 2nd time this has happened. How do they mix up 325 with 295 when our letters on our mail box are large and clear. Show details

Very first order. Delivery didn't turn up. Had to stay back from work. It was very hot outside and the box was supposed to be delivered by 7:00 a.m.. communication was on my account as to why the delivery was late but no replacement time. Had to ring customer service and was on hold until answered and told that there was an incident with the… Read more

driver. Told the box will be delivered in the evening. No exact time but they will call later with updates. I have cancelled all further subscriptions. I had specifically chosen delivery time so that I can store food prior to going to work for the day. No phone call, rang them again. To be delivered soon. Box arrived 8hrs late, in unrefrigerated van, one ice block. All three meals in together, not separate. Cooked portions too small for one person....we are not big eaters but portions too small. Food was nice tasting. Account closed, so no access to get recepi cards so rang customer service yet again to have them emailed. Never again!

DO NOT RECOMMEND Absolutely terrible customer service and overall experience. I signed up for Dinnerly thinking it would be a less expensive service than HelloFresh. Boy was I wrong. I deactivated my account maybe 30 minutes after making it, thinking that would be the end of it. But no. Dinnerly charged my bank account $26 for a box that I hadn't… Read more

submitted an order for four days after I had deactivated my account. I contacted customer service and received a reply from Anusha that Dinnerly wouldn't refund my money because I ordered the box. After arguing my point, Anusha cancelled the box but still won't issue a refund because I opened a dispute with PayPal. I'm not receiving the service so Dinnerly must refund my money.

I started Dinnerly as I don't have the bandwidth to think about meals right now and I ended up wasting a lot of food. I went with dinnerly as I couldn't afford the more expensive options. So far I've been impressed. meals are great! bit light on for vegetables,. but sorting a side of veges is something I can sort. it has reduced my stress levels and I've enjoyed all meals so far. Delivery drivers are also great. Show details

I love getting boxes and being able to choose which meals we want for the week. Some meals are small for 2 of us - they are fine for me but not enough for hubby on some of them but I add extra veg if needed. And I like to get the recipe cards so I can remake the recipes myself, Show details

We’ve been using Dinnerly for a few months now and have really enjoyed the convenience of having three meals delivered each week. It gives me three nights off from mentally having to think, “What are we doing for dinner tonight?”, which has been a huge help. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience. The ingredients are usually fresh, and… Read more

the meat and produce have been good quality.

The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that the delivery can be a bit hit and miss. I’ve found my box left at a neighbour’s front door before, and a couple of deliveries have arrived later than the stated time frame. I leave the house at 6:30am, and while the delivery cut-off used to be 6am, it’s now 7am, and sometimes it’s arrived even later than that.

I think this company is a joke and a complete and utter waste of people time and money as u still have to got to the shops to grab items for each meal when in that time u can just buy it there further more u cant even preview options before paying $34 on a deal and $64 regular this is not to add to the fact that some meals can change the over all… Read more

price how are people meant to know its right for them if u can even see what's on the menu. I agree with this comment from Tyler this is a while screw butt plane they should just give you what you need not tell you go buy that and that just give that stuff. They can go screw them self

Disgusting non-existent customer service. Spend 3 business days straight trying to call to cancel a delivery… post call waiting music, phone just rang and rang and rang…so poor . FINALLY responded to one of my multiple queries (2 days later) and it was terribly poor. Responding to a complaint about their lack of responsiveness and starting with… Read more

“apologies for responding late to this email”… just WOW!?! Just got a big spiel about how food wastage was their priority, so the order could not be cancelled. 100% could’ve been cancelled if their customer service were more responsive (called Mon, Tues and Wed for a for a Saturday delivery… Funny thing is, I pointed out it was going to an address that was no longer occupied… that point was completely ignored! They advertise an escalation contact too… same result, no response (first escalation was sent two weeks ago and still nothing). If you’re looking for an overpriced product with pathetic customer service, then Dinnerly (and Marley Spoon) are the team for you!

Disgusting company. Tried to cancel and they couldn't. 6 months later a box turned up and was left without knocking and no one home as away on holidays. Rotten food on my doorstep which they expect payment for. I will be requesting charge back from the bank. BEWARE OF THEIR TACTICS

Our first box was great. Delivery was on time, vegetables were fresh and food was great and very affordable. But... As time went on the boxes got worse and worse. Some vegetables would come already expired or rotting, the delivery was unpredictable and the last box that we just received was not taped properly. The delivery guy passed me the box… Read more

which was falling apart and he tried to turn it on me to take a photo, but if I hadn't held the bottom all the food would have dropped all over the driveway.

So, first impression was great but consistency is key to a good business.

Bye Dinnerly, sadly disappointed.

I didn’t get my box this week as it was delivered to the wrong address. And when I put it into the feedback I’m still waiting on a resolution or my box for this week, or at least a call back With hello fresh there was a number that I could call to resolve this issue but not with Dinnerly. Show details

I've just received my 2nd box. The first box, I didn't enjoy. I haven't worked out how to change my meal selection, I just go with what they send. Second box, meal sizes are a lot better than the 1st. But I'll have to wait and see before I give an updated review. Upside is, there is no food wastage, it is cheaper than purchasing at the… Read more

supermarket, so I'm saving a lot of money. The food is good quality and fresh. Delivery is always late afternoon, so it's a scramble on the first night to get it prepped and cooked. But overall it is good value. I purchased 5 dinners per fortnight. Oh and I never got my discount that a friend forwarded to me, so I'm bummed about that.

I joined out of curiosity and then cancelled minutes after realising I wasn't interested. I was still charged for a box of food. Then I was told even though I cancelled my subscription minutes after creating my account that I was still required to email them specifically according that I didn't want the box. Then they proceeded to show me where they hid it in their terms and conditions

Service is getting bad. Again I have been with them awhile. 2025 their ice packs make everything wet. I used to take the cardboard trays out and put them right in the fridge. now they are soggy as are all the veggies. 3 weeks in a row meals were late in Sept so they were warm and the last one the ice pack exploded all over the food. Still ongoing issue ** If you’re thinking of signing up to Dinnerly be aware. I have seen multiple reviews just like this. payment with a box that I did not finalise and with meals I will not eat until was in the process of being ordered.

I immediately reached out to Dinnerly, actually on several occasions. I tried calling but unfortunately it tells you how ‘busy’ they are and hangs up, I tried lodging a issue serval times on their website (of course nothing) and I emailed them serval times (funnily enough, still nothing) It wasn’t until I comment on a social media post that they actually reached out to me, unbelievable!

Ana told me there was nothing they could do because it was in their ‘terms and conditions’ that I didn’t not contact customer service before their billing date which I assume would have been the Monday.. The day before I signed up deactivate my account on the Tuesday - remember?

So what now, I’m $90 short and receiving 6 meals I would not eat - ie. fish soup and meatloaf? Are you actually for real.

I have now asked for them to allow me change my meals or issue me a credit where I can spend that $90 another week on meals I pick. I have not had a response. Absolutely appalling customer service!

After I had a whinge to Ana about their customer service and not being about to get through their phone I decided to give them a call again throughout the day and someone immediately answered! Again, he told me he couldn’t help me but would escalate my complaint to a case manager that would take 24 hours to get back to me.

Dinnerly, DO BETTER.

Cancelled after initial order, messages stating failed to deliver twice in one day. I live in apartment that has 24 hour reception for residents and always takes deliveries. Reception checked CCTV and no attempt at delivery had been made. Delivery turned up 2 days later, concerned as to where this food has been and will be thrown out as I have no desire to get food poisoning. Emailed company no response.

I don't get why there are so many negative reviews. I used them for two weeks and I was really happy with the quality of the produce I was sent. Recipes were simple and the per week was cheaper than competition. Only switched away as I got a promo offer from another meal company Show details
