Appalling customer service & job – Please do yourself a favour. Stay away from Direct Flooring! We have had nothing but trouble from the day of delivery. been 5months since our wood was delivered & we have now employed someone else, a professional company, to complete the job. I'm not letting these people back into my house after everything they have put us through. So if you see Direct Flooring - run!!

This company really just takes your money for the timber but once it is in your home they take no responsibility for it, even if it is damaged. not told that the house will be inhabitable while they do the prep work for the floor and you can not stay in the house. They are coming next week and it is my responsibility to take all the doors off and cover everything. I have been trying to contact the company for 4 day and had no reply from emails and they don't answer the phone. Installer was extremely rude and lectured me for 20min about how I need to respect them? I simply said that they were not to cut the wood inside the house as it is not a building site, we live in the house. Wish I never chose these people.
