Do Not Use, Lies And False Advertising – COMPARE THESE BOUQETS, received and bought, what a complete farce of a floral company. Could have bought something half the price from the local petrol station that is twice as good. Be ashamed! When certain flowers from the ad are not available , you are supposed to use a comparable quality flower. What an absolute joke. Terrible.

How much commission to Direct2Florist? – I ordered the "First Choice Bouquet" available in Standard $50, Medium $65, Large $77.50 or Enter your Price. I opted for the later and entered &100.00. Big mistake. Judging by the florists single flower prices the bunch was of medium value and that is being generous. Needless to say, I will not order from direct2florist again. One more very disappointed customer.

emailed two days later again asking if they have heard anything - NO ANSWER. I have called the Australian phone line AND the UK phone line - no answer. I have text and called numerous times the delivering florist's number - NO ANSWER. We live outside of a major city so getting flowers the day of an event is not easy and my Mother had to go without flowers on what is a very special day for all of us. I understand things can go wrong and deliveries are missed, but answering a phone is not hard to explain. Never again and very disappointed.

them they told me they had 'tried' but no flowers. I had to follow them up and given that they didn't bother to tell me until the actual date I didn't have time to make alternate arrangements. They refunded me but I wasn't able to do anything for MIL for her birthday or Mother's Day and I should have been contacted at least 24 hours prior so I could make alternate arrangements. I wouldn't bother with them again.
Flowers were old and not of the $108 value – I paid $108 for ten red roses and we received a lesser number of dehydrated, old pink roses, attached. As there were no red roses available, the pink roses ought to have been at least of the equal number, and been fresh. As is evidenced by the attached these blooms are dehydrated and wilted.
Useless – Ordered same day well before their cut off, no delivery took place, now into day 5 of trying to get a refund and still yet to receive a reply or the flowers.

Delivered product:
- Whilst I am aware that the florist reserves the right to substitute the contents provided that the product "gives value for money" I don't believe that this was worth $95
- Product received did not follow the theme of "pale shades"
- The flowers were placed in a bright, hot pink container with cellophane, making the entire product look extremely cheap and tacky (for the cost of $95)
- The front face of the arrangement did not match where the bow is placed. Instead, the bow has been placed where you can only see the underside of the foliage
- The product was not "fresh". The condition of some of the flowers was unacceptable, I have received floral arrangements in the past that take at least 3-4 days for petals to fall off or wilt, not less than 24 hours after receiving them
- Basically, the flowers looked like an old bouquet I would pick up @ the supermarket.
Contacted Direct2Florist with the above complaints + photos. No response. Might look into contacting the local florist responsible for putting the arrangement together just to provide my feedback.

Customer service is awful – I have ordered flowers for the 27th October from Australia to America for my brother-in-law’ birthday. They had delivered these flowers a few days past the due date. And the difference between the picture on their website and a bouquet they had delivered was visible, not in a good way. No apologies. Nothing. They have sent me email with an obvious lie - Flowers were delivered on the 27 and it is not true. I will never use them again.

Absolutely Terrible Service – Ordered flowers to go to NZ, 2 weeks later still no delivery. Sent three emails still no reply then had to ring direct to Boston England from Australia more $$$$ spent, they said "this is very unusual for flowers not to be delivered and they would speak to the IT dept", I demanded a credit which arrived a week later, no reply via email explaining the problem. arrangement was not delivered as promised, so my sister contacted the florist (Designer Flowers of Hayes, UK) and was informed the arrangement was far too valuable to repeat and they would send a 'complimentary gift' instead. This consisted of a candle and a couple of cheap decorations - no flowers! The flowers in the original arrangement were, of course, dead by Christmas.
