By ordering online, I normally don’t expect much of customer service. However, the pharmacist, Shadi, was extremely helpful. Not only helping me to expedite my prescription sent, but also double checked my correct dosage. (And, he was right, I did ordered the wrong one online) Luckily, he got me the right one. I’ll continue ordering from him and highly recommend this online shop.

I believe they do provide excellent discounted products which other chemists wouldn’t price match. Some of them say it is less than our costs price . I recently purchased Amorolfine Nail Lacquer 5ml at $26.41 ; unbelievable price that Is almost half the original price . I would recommend them as alternatives to big pharmacists warehouses etc .

Ordered paid on 1/12/25 received on 5/12/25. No contact details provided but happy with my order. Was a bit concerned after read the negative feedbacks but I’m very happy with my order. Lucky i guess Cans a bit dented but with the price i got it for. I can’t complain

I've actually had a really good experience with this company. I ordered some sustagen which was on a good sale and it arrived in a reasonable time in perfect condition. I did send one query about whether my other had been dispatched and received a prompt reply

I was so surprised why they could get too much worst comments but I will give this online store a very good comment. Because according to their instructions, exactly 5-7 business days for processing the payment from 25/10/25, then 03-11/25 sent me another email confirming 5-7 delivery. up on their website, so l clicked on and yes it was there. I called approx 3 times and left messages as l, did not want an, extra postage fee to order. No answers and no response to messages, left within half an, hour of finalising the initial order. I then emailed them in real time and that was replied, to hours later, with sorry too late, to change the order. I emailed back to say, l had made many attempts, to contact them almost, immediately after the initial order. I was then emailed back, advising that the company, works in real time, and was unable to help, so please re-order if, the product is required. $20.00 postage is expensive, for just 2 tubes of ointment. My advice is, if someone from Victoria, is a loyal customer and the mistake is on your, own Website then own it. 40g Avène tube only came up, on your own website even though l entered 100g, so l assumed it was, not available. At the very least, answer the phone or respond to emails in reasonable and also real time. I am certain you, could have added, the Avène products to the order, even if you had, to cancel and refund the, original order for me to, re-order with the, extra Avène products. The Avène creme is required, after a serious skin, cancer operation This is absolutely unreasonable, that you chose this option, over customer service. Maybe $20.00 extra postage meant more.

Bought 4 tins of baby formula. 1 of them came damaged because they were too lazy to pack it correctly. When I questioned about it, they said its not their fault and its cosmetic damage. Mind you the tin is half squashed in. Would never recommend this company to anyone, imagine paying for something and it comes half squashed. Dont buy probiotics from Discount Chemist This company doesn't properly care for delivering probiotics and getting a refund is a total headache. protection packaging in summer heats (other companies provide this for the simple reason that it is needed). Mine were delivered to a postage collection locker in full sun. I collected them as soon as I finished work that same day and they were hot to touch. When I emailed the company to let them know what had happened, that the product was now unusable, and to request a refund, they tried to claim they have no responsibility for their delivery temperatures because the item is "shelf stable". A shelf isnt 40°... and shelf stable probiotics are still destroyed if they are exposed to high heats.

Had to exchange way too many emails before they finally agreed to a refund, and they are still claiming I have to pay the $15 postage return cost.... for their bad delivery processes.

Really frustrating waste of time and money. Steer clear of these guys!

this time. Because the issue was not progressing, we opened a PayPal dispute. Only after the dispute was opened did the pharmacy finally send a prepaid return label. At that point, because the medication was urgent and the delay had already become excessive, we agreed with the pharmacy that: • we would place a new order and pay again (AUD 191) to receive the medication urgently • they would refund the original order once the returned parcel was received The second order arrived quickly. We returned the incorrect first order and tracking confirms the pharmacy received the parcel. Instead of issuing the promised refund, the pharmacy uploaded an OLD tracking number from a previous shipment (delivered on 5 January) to PayPal and used it to close the dispute in their favour. As of today, the refund has not been issued and we are still trying to resolve this. Final result: • AUD 166 lost for returned goods • AUD 191 paid again to receive the correct medication • Over a month of emails and unresolved communication Their prices may look attractive, but the post-purchase experience and risk are absolutely not worth it.

It took over 3 weeks to deliver a much-needed medical product for my daughter who has a terminal illness. No updates given. Eventually, replied to my emails over 2 weeks after they had taken the money. When the product arrived, the box was broken. I was forced to order the same product from another business, it arrived in 5 days, only because of the weekend it took longer to arrive.

After more than 2 weeks with no delivery and no real communication, I had to file an American Express chargeback to recover my funds.

After researching online, it appears many other customers had the same issue — orders taken, false information given, no product delivered.

This is extremely concerning and looks like a non-delivery scam pattern. Consumers deserve transparency and basic communication — I would strongly avoid this website.

they have been completely unhelpful. The savings aren't worth it, save the stress and wasted time following up and shop your local.
