excellent product – Cooling and heating great Unit quiet on heating and cooling Installation no hassle One tip keep filters clean in head unit Remote easy to use and very responsive We installed 16 of these units in motel units 3 years ago and haven't had one problem. We are about to build another motel and hope to use domain units again

not bad – I've installed a fair few of these units only had one problem which one of the units came under charged with r410a and had to reclaim and re charge with r410a the customer wasn't happy because refrigrantIsent cheap other than that not s bad unit needs work with the cosmetics fair price unit needs better workman ship when manufactured

Terrible – only just lasted warranty period & pc board burnt out replaced cost $85 for part plus $180 for a/c tech how staed very poorly made 12 moths latter same problem cheap price very poor workmanship of electrical componets

Excellent – Would buy from them again for our bedroom. I think the quality is OK and the installer says they offer good after sales service. Good price and cools our large living area. Customer service were helpful to recommend the size needed Just that the brand is a bit unknown.

Good – I installed heaps of these last summer and the one before, have not had any faults. Get a good installer, preferably a referal from a freind as this makes a huge difference to how long they will last and the performace. Jim Komps Air con installer- Melbourne 0417 209 552 cheap, good fast, reliable sales service. looking a tad outdated with the lines, however they are bringing in flat fascia versions soon. A bit noisier than the big brands, but very acceptable for cheaper price.
