Horror story – Purchased a bed and frame during November 2021. I was told it would be delivered during the first week of January. I cut my holiday short to make sure I was back for the delivery of my new bed. It didn’t arrive. I contacted Domayne to see what was going on - they said the order was delayed due to covid/sealy. I was told it would be a maximum of 3 weeks delay.

March rolls around. Still nothing. I call and I’m told they will call me back. No response. I walk into the physical store and am spoken at for an hour only to find out there has been an issue at the warehouse and they promise to call me back within 48 hours. No call eventuates.

April rolls around. I call into store again and ask for a refund. It’s been almost 6 months. I’ve paid over $4000 for no bed. I’m told my bed is ready it will be delivered in 2 weeks. Bed finally turns up. I paid for bed to be put together. Bed head is not connected to bed. It’s just sitting on wall. It doesn’t connect. This is a joke.

To make things worse. Bed is SO hard I can’t sleep on it. I’m waking up with pressure Pain on my joints. I persevere and contact Domayne at the end of the week to let them know it’s too hard and to check that the order has been put through correctly. They said it takes a month to wear in. I wait a month. No improvement. I ask about 100 night guarantee. I’m told it means less than nothing and that I need to contact Sealy. Completely dismissed.

So I contact Sealy, and they were wonderful. They let me know that they delivered my bed to Domayne in January. So my bed was sitting in the warehouse the entire time and they were just flat out lying. Sealy offered to change the comfort layer for me immediately. The bed was taken and back within a few hours. The delivery men were really lovely. Domayne could take some lessons in customer service. What a horrible horrible experience. Go anywhere else but here.

BEDDING – Bought a new Tempur mattress today - Adam Matthews gave great service and explained the differences between the various Tempur beds very well. I had been to the store a week ago and decided on a Tempur mattress and thought I would buy that model- On my visit today Adam showed us a newer style at the same price .. something he did not have to do .. I appreciated his honesty in looking after a returning customer and also giving me a great deal on the mattress protector . It really was a pleasure to buy from Adam at Domaine..North Ryde..

Great delivery! – The men who delivered our bed moved it safely and efficiently in difficult circumstances. We have a small lift and narrow corridor to our apartment. Greatly appreciate their efforts!! Thank you!!

Great service Domayn @North Ryde, Sydney – I purchased Activcor mattress and mechanical Base from North Ryde Domayne. Perfect customer service, very accomodating and very friendly sales people at the bedding department. My goods arrived right on time by one delivery truck and half an hour later they sent some one else to set it up for me. Well done guys.

Unfriendly and cold faced – Went to North Ryde to the homewares department. One of the ladies is very lovely but the other one I dealed with today did not smile once, had attitude and was so unfriendly. Was not pleasant at all to ask her for anything
