Terrible service and couch is of an inferior quality

Had terrible issues with the original order. No updates on late delivery and then they refused to deliver it as I had moved to the country. The couch has hardly been used and looks like it is 10 years old. I took out insurance and when I needed to use it I was denied. The padding has moved and can't be put back to the lines in the couch. They said to plump it up. It is sheet foam don't know how you are meant to plump it up. They also said not to use the same seat. That is not really good enough for an expensive couch that is only a few years old.

Don’t accept calls or return messages.

Purchased an $8,000 Everdure Outdoor Kitchen. Rusted out within 8 months. Lights never worked. Franchise owner never accepts calls or returns messages. Failed to repair or replace the unit. Absolute nightmare to deal with. Clearly have zero interest in customer satisfaction. Would never buy from Domayne again. Very short term thinking.

Waiting time is ridiculous!

Bought a bedroom suite in January for approx $5000. Was told there may be a six week delay. Accepted those terms. Stupidly paid for everything including delivery upfront. Received partial delivery at Easter (April!) ... and received final piece of of the suite late June. Service during numerous telephone conversations was unhelpful and at times alarming ... was told I would have to pay additional $ for delivery in spite of having already paid it (back in January!). Stay clear of this place - poor service and untruthful time estimation of delivery. Appalling and disappointing.

Awesome customer and delivery service.

Firstly, I want to say thanks to Patrick and Vincent for organising the sofa and the fridge for us. Especially to Vincent, thanks again for your great service. Also thanks to the delivery team Dan & M. I never seen anyone lifting a 3 seater sofa with one hand and Dan you are the first and only one. Great team overall.

Rude unhelpful disappointing experience!!!.

Went in here to buy some homewards I approached a guy to the back of the store for some assistance, unfortunately not interested in offering any form of customer service, rude and arrogant, more interested in just walking around doing nothing. I went to James Lane and spent my money there with helpful friendly interested staff.

Domayne Osborne Park Great friendly atmosphere

Great atmosphere there with the friendly staff, lots of Australian made products, they even keep a good amount of stock. Beautiful looking shop, feels like you have to go around a few time so not too miss anything.

Sold a product that wasn't in stock

Sold me a product that wasn't in stock, sent an email to advise there would be delays with my order. Held my money for a week without any further updates on the order. When I called them asking about the status of the order they informed me they had cancelled the order in line with my request (???). That I should kindly allow up to 3 days for the refund.

AH Beard terrible quality

Purchase a King Koil Amalfi II
Faulty product albeit $3400. One side of bed rolls off to the side. Any way around, any weight person.
Now 6weeks and AHBeard won’t accept it’s a problem.

When gift cards are in date only to be told we dont know why they dont work and theres nothing we can do

Not a happy customer when gift cards dont work online despite saying its in date through your balance gift card checker alongside gift cards worked in store at the same time. Then when spending around 5-6 hours asking for help from all different types of people to only be told we dont know, go away, too bad, its expired. Then howcome it works in store? such horrible customer service, such horrible help....
