Bacon, and BBQ Sauce?’ Little chicken or bacon and no BBQ Sauce ! Better to buy a cheap frozen pizza from Woolworths next door. We have bought Dominos from Brisbane to Sydney. These owners are cheap. These owners aren’t worth your your hard earnt funds.

Its always average but tonight it was funny. Did give us a laugh with how bad they cut it but the toppings were so bad not spread out and i paid for two lots of extra pineapple and i got a small handful. $6 for pineapple! I wish I could give these thieves negative 100 stars. Ordered a pizza at Domino's Springfield Orion, paid money to get extra beef and chicken on my pizza and what I got was a worse pizza than you find in a rubbish bin. What happened afterwards did far more damage to Domino's credibility than the pizzas ever could...

ORIGINAL POST Two delivery orders from the Erindale store, two weeks apart. First order (pepperoni and olive): poor quality control. Toppings uneven, with some slices noticeably under-served. Second order: Take the deal of two “large” pizzas that are plainly smaller than the “large” pizza delivered the weeks prior. The earlier pizza fills the box. The later ones do not—they sit well inside it with a clear, visible gap to the edges. It is a direct comparison between orders from the same store, ten days apart. I raised this with Domino’s 'customer care' and provided photos. No response. So the position is straightforward: either the store cannot produce a consistent “large” pizza, or the size of what is being sold as “large” has been reduced without explanation. Charging for a “large” and delivering something materially smaller—then ignoring the complaint—comes across that Dominos is being disingenuous and more importantly, doesn't care - “Customer care” appears to be more branding than function. Better value pizzas nearby and elsewhere.

Not enough toppings on the chicken pizza and looks empty This pizza was honestly disappointing from the first look to the last bite. The toppings were unevenly distributed, with some slices overloaded while others felt bare and unbalanced. The vegetables looked overcooked and soggy, especially the mushrooms and onions, which gave the pizza a dull, watery texture instead of a fresh bite.

Don't bother ordering their new mega topping pizzas which state that there should be 50% more toppings. No, exactly the same as the cheaper value pizza range. Show details

over the years i did a sum.. we have lost $3600 in pizzas over 9 years, when going through operations, sicknesess its an easy chose, And even getting a voucher to replace this problem.At times, not always , They would send sometimes a nice one and at times a burnt one, looking for a meal i stuck with Dominos no matter what It Really is just sad.. Peperoni pizza was so oily the grease soaked through the box and ran onto the car seat on a 5 min drive. Called the store and they said this is how the peperoni pizza is, nothing they can do. Online complaint was also completed on dominos pizza website with no response. Show details

refund they said it will take 7 to 10 days for my refund that was over a month ago and I am still waiting. The second time the state of origin was on I made sure to order my pizza at 6pm for a 7pm delivery, the pizza turned up stone cold, as well as the garlic bread was cold, there was practically no topping on the ham and pineapple pizza, the pizza tasted terrible cold so I heated it up in the microwave, and it still tasted terrible. So I just threw the 2 pizzas and garlic bread in the bin. (See photos attached) The next day I went to the Zillmere store and spoke to the manager he said in an insincere voice sorry. I will give to a free meal I said no I want my $31 back. I said how could the pizza be so cold when I gave you plenty of notice, he said they were very busy because it was state of origin night, so is probably why the pizza was cold. I said I still haven’t got my last refund, he said he can’t give refunds it is head office who gives refunds, and he can’t tell me when that would be. It is nearly 2 weeks later with not a word from when I will get my refund. Really bad service from dominoes I will NEVER recommend them or go back to them ever again. If I don’t get both my refunds from them by the end of the month I will contact fair trading and seek a fair compensation price from them.

should have to pay as we always ordered 3hrs in advance. I complained in our review and was given a voucher for a free pizza. I was pleased about this but when I tried to order the free Pizza I used the voucher number which gave us the free pizza but was informed we had to purchase other goods to the value of $21.90 to have it delivered. So I sent a reply to the original email I received but on checking for a reply today I realized it is a no reply email address . Now the pizza we usually order i a supreme pizza value of $23.95 therefor to have our free pizza delivered we would have had to spend $21.90 on food we did not need or want. this would place the cost of our free pizza at $21.90. Seeing that pick up Pizza is always cheaper the value of the discount coupon is therefor negligible and the voucher given for a free pizza is becomes degraded of value by the use of smoke and mirrors. I find this unbelievable and shall purchase no further pizza's.
