Ordered a keyboard. Then informed their products are shonky very poor quality and defective to use. Within a few hours I requested to CANCEL. They are ignoring me and planning to ship me the shonky keyboard to Melbourne . Don’t buy their product . Trying to cancel thru my Visa card . Save yourself grief and do not use them

Scammer central company – Bought a Circle looper directly from their website. Along with that a 9v power adapter and daisy chain for five pedals. The looper is garbage. Loud white noise on drum side. Follows tempo of the drums. Recording of guitar phrase is so low, even turned up as far as it will go(+6) the drums drown it out at +6. Contacted customer service one day… Read more

after receiving it. Was 7 days before a response. They wanted quality video of the issue with the looper. Really? Like a cellphone video is going to pick up that very clearly. Another few days before hearing back. In the meantime I contacted PayPal and they started a refund process. Which they have yet to be contacted by these scammers. But I know Donner received the order for refund from them, as they offered a refund and you can keep product. But!! They can't process it until February 1st. Because they have internal service problems. Really? They are still processing orders, collecting payments from customers and delivering junk products to them. In now a month after purchase no restitution. I'm waiting to hear them email that it is over 30 days now, so no refund can be given. Yet every reply to their few emails, I've stated that I will gladly send product back. Just need a RMA and shipping label. Nope. Bottom line folks, don't buy from these scammers. Problem is they are part of a very large manufacturing facility in China with dozens of different names. Do your research on what you're looking at buying.

Do not buy – Zero customer service! Stay away. The digital piano I bought was initially ok, but then stopped having sound. I’ve emailed the service and no response has ever received.

Great for price and quick delivery – I saw the reviews after my purchase and was a bit nervous but I can say confidently I have been surprised by the quality and the quick delivery. Thank you Donner the DDP-100 Piano is great!

The best – Incredible customer service first and foremost! My fiancé loved her birthday present. Beautifully crafted and the sound is so rich. Can’t express how great they were to deal with, highly recommend!

pretty similar to a piano.

The unit comes with a decent sustain pedal and good set of headphones.

The case is well put together and it has a number of connections which exceeded expectaions. eg MIDI in and out 5 pin connections.

USB Midi and dual headphones which plug in the front of the device.

200 different tones (some of which sound very cheesy) but the main piano and E piano/organs sound excellent.

A little LCD display makes it easy to navigate around the menus. 200 rhythms (see below for the bad news) which sound reasonably good.

Dual / split keyboard for tutoring.

The touch sensitivity is adjustable.

The bad news:

The rhythm selections, if selected individually, get up to 51,and lock up the unit so it has to be switched off and on again (and lose all settings). NOT GOOD! So rhythms 51 to 200 cannot be selected. I suspect that this is a software bug, but Donner disagree. They have however undertaken to send a new unit after I sent them a video showing the fault. It has yet to arrive, and they have not yet dispatched it. I think that they might find it's a fault on all of the units.

The LCD display is mounted slightly crooked, which is just annoying.

The last 40 or so of the tones are cheesy and will probably never be used. But the rest are beyond acceptable!

The Grand piano setting seems to emphasise the lower registers, but that could be a function of my fingering and the sensitivity setting on the menu.

To sum up.

A very nice E Piano for a learner at a price that is good value for money even with the fault.

Being able to speak to the service human being is a great relief.

Very polite and helpful. Lets see if they do send a replacement unit. Later: They have sent a replacement unit. It is perfect. They were on the ball and very polite ! Thank you Donner. EBay Retailer Review – Despite assurances Donner comes with appalling service and resolution of their own delivery failures! To secure good reviews and satisfied customers this brand needs a complete makeover. I would not recommend purchasing from this online dealer…quality and delivery is not taken seriously by this wannabe competitor.

I wish I had come here before purchase to see the reviews, as it’s clear Donner have zero interest in supporting their customers once the product is shipped. If it isn’t delivered, or faulty, you have no means to contact them for support.

I have not received any response or acknowledgement from Donner as of posting this article on 1 March. Despite searching, I note that Donner has no number for Australia listed on thier website so that I may call someone.

Very Disappointed and hence a terrible review of their product and customer service.

Awful experience with getting refund for faulty product – Bought a guitar from them that had an awful buzzing noise so I asked for a return. A few days later they sent a response asking for photos before sending the address, which is completely fine. Problem is that I sent them a response over 10 days ago and they have since not bothered to reply to my email or any email I sent afterwards. Avoid these guys

No Help at all – Order is 6 days late, they just say i can get a refund due to it being late by returning it. It not just late it hasnt arrived. Missed the birthday and i have no idea where it is. I sent many emails, with no answer as well. With such a bad costumer services, it looks impossible to be reimbursed for a malfunctioning instrument! The main red flag was that the funds were taken straight out from Hong Kong, so the bank hit me with $13 overseas fee!

People, do your homework and take note. The issues with this company are not just with a few buyers, it’s ingrained.

There is something shonky going on here – I received a package in the mail from an address in Trugnanina with no company name. address is a warehouse which ships for Donner music. I contacted them for clarification. 4 or 5 different people answered various questions of mine in the email thread. None of them read my query correctly so I kept having to explain what was going on. They said the parcel was not from them. They also said they would escalate my query. But I haven't heard back. My details were part of the Optus Data Breach. I suspect something very dodgy is going on.

told me on live chat to send a email with pics so I did then they didn't get back to me I contacted them again through live chat they said i will get a e-mail and nothing then live chat seemed to disappear and a fake 24 hrs phone number appeared, I then contacted them again by the contact us page and this time I did get a email saying try a few things then they'll replace it so I replied I've tried what you suggested still no good can I refund or have a replacement and I get no reply again. Avoid – Ordered a drum kit which arrived but was missing some key parts. Apparently sent the wrong SKU No. Have been trying to get it sorted out but the phone number is wrong and the emails take days weeks to reply. Would like to return item but with the communiction gap not sure I would be out of pocket. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

What’s worse is they should have stated on their website they do not deliver to all areas in Australia even though they are an Aussie company. Satisfactory – I ordered a Donner electric guitar from the site itself, was a little worried if I would get it on time or not but the delivery only took 2 days and I got the guitar. The quality is good for the price range. Satisfied. The experience could be much better if there were frequent updates on the delivery process were emailed directly to us and not check time and again.

manufacturing fault is so bad that I am concerned that the AU site is a scam site, though I don't know why a scam would go to the trouble of manufacturing and sending an actual product. I just want either a working guitar, or a refund so I can buy another from somewhere else. I hope this gets a response, pity to have to post here to do so.

I just received the Donner HUSH-IT guitar that I ordered a couple of days ago (so fast!) and I’m so disappointed because it has a fault in the battery box that makes it unplayable. As you can see from the photos I’m attaching, the battery box is the correct size for the 9V battery provided but it has no 9V contact (the kind on the end of wires with the positive and negative female fittings), instead it has been fitted with battery contacts for ordinary, AA batteries (though the contacts are both at the same end, rather than top-and-tail, as would be required for AA, and the hole is too small for them anyway).

If you could direct me as to the returns and refund procedure (through AfterPay), I’d be most grateful (though still very disappointed)."

I love the color, and the sound quality is great !! – I've done a lot of work on choosing the drum kit, and finally, I chose this company and picked this one. Absolutely, I love the color, and the sound quality is great. Looks difficult to install, but in fact, with the help of the service staff and the manual, I have done finally it. I bought and played it several times. In terms of me, it is very suitable for practice and day play.

Still waiting – Ordered Loop Pedal 28 April $116.99, dispatched 2 May, arrived Welshpool 6 May and still there. Have emailed twice requesting delivery date with NO RESPONSE thus far. Today, on their site item is $49.99. Maybe I have been scammed.

Avoid – Avoid, avoid, avoid. Shocking service, shocking products. Carnt believe how much money we have wasted!
