They were very nice and gave us a free pack of doughnuts and the lady was very beautiful and respectful.

Soft, warm, and light not too sweet, just perfect. You can really taste how fresh it is. Definitely worth stopping by for a quick treat!

When a paying customer asks if the hot jam donuts are freshly made, this does not mean use old dough from the fridge and cook it in hot oil. I was so disappointed and annoyed at the early closure of your donut king outlet in Aitkenvale, Townsville, North Queensland. the young man I spoke with was very polite, he would not make a coffee even though I had made prevouus arrangements fir a family member to meet me at donut king fir a coffee.

Made an order, the girl appeared new and got the order wrong, I corrected it and waited, when the hot dog came there was a thimble amount of tomato sauce in it, then the presumed owner proceeded to blame me of confusing the girl serving, I did not respond as I wanted no arguing, but the owner was very very rude and totally incompetent, the hot dog and coffees were horrendous also, wasted $17, never again, get better franchisee's. Show details

and embarrassed, I went back and explained what happened and there were 3 girls working. One blonde, one black haired and the other a deep red hair colour. The girl with the red hair served me and after I explained the situation, she just shrugged her shoulders and didn’t say anything at all. I paid for a 4th milkshake (which I think it would have been polite to offer a replacement, or even just ask if everything was alright at least). She made the milkshake and was laughing, and as I grabbed the drink I told her she was extremely rude and she turned around and started laughing with the other girl. The entire time we sat in the food court they kept glaring, laughing and making comments. I also asked the girl if she could please grab a cleaner over as we tried our best with paper towel to clean it up but it was practically a river… she did not inform the cleaners at all. We waited and called one of the cleaners over ourselves and even the cleaner said the worker at your store was acting extremely rude and could have offered a replacement. My mother had the milkshake split all over he pants and down her ankles into her white sneakers, and the Donut King employees couldn’t even offer to give me paper towel at least. I will not be returning to this store again, the service was absolutely disgusting and the lack of empathy reflects the maturity levels of some of the staff, who thought it was more appropriate to laugh than to help."

Donut King is king – Donut King do the best doughnuts. They are the lightest and tastiest. So, yeah.

Nice and affordable coffee. Good doughnuts – No problem with the products and staff. Only thing is the one in Karingal Hub seems to be closed most times lately , which is disappointing

Best coffee at Bonnyrigg plaza Donut King – I love the cuppachino at Donut King, at Bonnyrigg plaza. The cuppachino is so frothy, an inch of froth on top of a full cup. Made the way all cupachinos should be made. I've had cuppachinos at alot of places, but no one makes the cuppachino the perfect way that the staff at Bonnyrigg make them, everytime! Everytime we attend, all of the staff a very friendly. All genuinely pleasant staff. The best place to drink coffee.
