Love love love! – Easy and quick application, melts into the skin. Apply straight after a shower. The consistency is good, minimal smell, isn’t sticky and dries relatively fast. Not only does it moisturise the skin well but it gives you a lovely even natural glow. I am very pale, but use the medium to dark. Easy to apply, just like you would moisturiser. Make sure you apply in between your toes, not just across the top of your foot. I apply this first thing after showering so that by the time I’ve finished getting ready for work I can put on my work pants. I can’t recommend this product highly enough.

Avoid at all cost – DO NOT USE - I used this for approx 10 years, they have in the past year changed the formula and it now causes an itchy rash on areas used, similar to the experiences of others. Pay more and use something else, would never buy again. Show details

Gives great colour, but smelly – Gives a fast, dark tan, but felt very greasy & has that fake tan smell. Even when you wash it off, you still stink a bit. Tan only lasts about 3 days, so great product if you want a quick tan before a special occasion. Show details

moisturising, so I didn't have to exfoliate much. Just a light scrub with a loofah on my knees, elbows and toes. You need about 3 applications, so your tan develops over 3 days. I'm fair skinned and went for the medium to dark formula. Once you achieve the desired darkness, it keeps for several days though I'd reapply it every 3 to 4 days to maintain it. No dark patches and no regrets! Who knew?!

Great for a first time user – This is the first tanning product I’ve ever used and am very happy with the results so far. I use it as a standard after shower all over moisturiser. Not great. Wont use again – I wanted to give this a go as had heard good reviews. I tried it on the weekend and sadly, I was pretty disappointed. and pits 2. Shaving right before with this one still doesnt make dark pores for me (win!) 3. Apply a small amount of fragrance free moisturizer before handall over evenly. this makes the application more even as its level of tan depends on your skins dryness. 4. Apply a heavy amount of gragrance free moisturizer on knees, wrists, palms, elbows, and pits. 5. Apply in front of a fan or a cold room. This makes your pores more closed. Dont use frozen items as ive seen people do before as the residue just makes your skin wet meaning an uneven application (simply drying it will remove the previously applied cream). 6. Apply tan and really take your time rubbing it in. I used circular motions but im sure it didnt make a sidderence. Make sure an even amount is all over. 7. If you want a darker tan, apply again after approx 30 mins 8. Wait until the tan has soaken in to wear clothing. It 9. Do not have skin touching skin, itll create sweat = uneven tan

I love it! – I absolutely love this product! Applies on perfectly and only takes 10 minutes and 20 minutes to dry! It's perfect for last minute tanning before going out when your skin is looking pale and dull! great – Perfect! Gradually tans as if it's natural, barely comes of in the shower and works quite quickly. Would definitely recommend. Make sure you wash ur hands after applying. Hope this helps

Why change it??? – Sigh after years of using Dove Summer Glow, with a scent that was pretty tolerable, they have changed it to the most pungent, overpoweringly awful perfume ever! It makes me feel sick. Thanks Dove!

Out, when lotion is getting low, or maybe even come up

With some new packaging etc... bottles tubes tubs foams sprays

Or even offer an even darker tan

Anyway it's worth every penny

Yep, this is the goods – Honesty, this product just keeps me coming back. After trying some not so great tanners, I decided that it was best to stay with the very reliable dove gradual tan. It works, gradually, but that’s what the packaging says it’s meant to do. The only thing I would love to see improve in this product is a less greasy solution.

Best Self tanning ever – This is the best tanning lotion, it doesn't streak looks natural. I've read reviews about the smell but I don't think it's too bad. Overall great product price is affoardable.

MY HOLY GRAIL – I love this lotion so much!!! I am quite pale and started off using the fair to medium tone which gave me a subtle tan but when I moved onto the medium to dark, it gave me a perfect tan within days. It's better than instant tan as it hydrates the skin and if you rush the tan one day, it won't leave embarrassing and strange tan lines that you can only get rid of by exfoliating. I love this and will never stop using it!

great tan – I use this product all the time, as long you exfoliate regularly it gives a great coverage and makes you are happy to expose your skin. Love the colour and there is never any streaks.

No streaks tan when you don't want to be spray tan brown – have been using this produt for around years now began in high school on the legs which gave them a gradual glow , was very hard to stuff it up apart from a good scrub of the hands after applying. have also used on arms and neck with great gradual results. It's pretty good – I haven't Been using this for long maybe nearly a week now, I have fair skin but thought id get the medium to dark thinking it'll make me darker and for it to work quicke, it didn't really but hoping it will soon after some more applys. The smell isn't too bad but be careful when applying because sometimes streaks can appear.

Tanned – The cream does give you a summer glow, but I am not to thrilled with the smell of the product, takes quite a while for the tan to build up, but when it is wearing off it's quite patchy and doesn't wear off evenly.

great results... but – great even results but takes ages to dry and the scent is a bit much, but Compared to Palmers gradual tanning moisturizer which literally stinks you can't wear it. will use again.

Tanning tips make it perfection! – I have used every single tan you can think of and i find myself coming back to this one. Its so hydrating! And it doesn't patch off like normal tans. Works well – This lotion does what it says. Gives a nice and steak free glow. It is very easy to apply and I never had problems with the result being blotchy. Perfect for a quick tan! – I love Dove summer glow tanning lotion!!! When I'm too busy to do a fake tan the night before 99% of the time I turn to dove for a gradual tan. It looks natural and doesn't stain your clothes! I highly recommend this product for a quick and easy tan.
