Worst cleaning ever – I paid $300 for a 2 bedroom unit cleaning service. However, only one cleaner turn up. The work finished were in low quality, there were many missed areas. The lady just dusted my place instead of doing a proper cleaning. Yet she complained she is in a hurry to the next job.

The worst cleaning company ever:( – Booked for a move in clean which included carpet steam. But the guys didn't bring machines and said their manager didn't arrange it. hours, but they never come. They didn't answer my phone call, just ignore me. So disgusting. Not reliable. Won't use this company again and not recommend to anyone. One thing I have to mention, no matter what language you've spoken, they just ignore you. Not only English.

Regular Domestic Cleaning - NOT RELIABLE – I used their regular domestic cleaning services about 10 times. Overall the quality of the cleaning was avarage. rubbish as they never respond to emails. My complaint emails were totally ignored by them. The cleaning team was paid for 4 hours of cleaning (2 hours by 2 people) but they always rushed the job and left after 1 hour and 15 minutes. They also forgot their scheduled time and didn't show up two times. I can't recommend them at all. Also the cleaning team doesn't speak English which makes it very difficult to communicate any requests what so ever.

Good Value – The only difference between good value and cheap is quality. Thanks guys. I get my full bonds back and you charge much less than the one recommended by real estate agent. Cheers.

amazing job – Very happy with this service. Arrived on time, got the job done quickly and now my house is spotless and there's no chemical smell like that left by other cleaners.

The worst thing ever – Would rather give ZERO stars. Absolutely terrible experience. They did not do what was promised in prior email correspondence and the real estate agent had to call in other cleaners as the job they did was so pathetic. Don't waste your time or money! Not worth it and the manager is a [censored word removed]. [name removed] hung up on me too when trying to obtain a receipt. JUST AWFUL. DON'T.

Terrific cleaning job – They have done very well cleaning job, the carpet is cleaned properly even the edge of carpet and floor. They keep the kitchen stuffs in their order after cleaning. It is worth paying that much. I'm going to ask their service regularly.

Poor cleaning services – They walked water and cleaning product on our carpet which discoloured the carpet. Also would not bend down and scrub a Mark of the tile in the bathroom. They were more interested in getting their money and would not supply a receipt. I would not be surprised if they are not registered for Gst etc.

paid them cash and when I rang Vivian to complain she hang up on me. I m going to report them be careful this company is only a money crab dodgy company with workers who can't speak English or pretend that they don't understand what you are asking them to do so they will not vacuum under furniture etc.

I used them one month ago and i m still waiting for Vivian to ring me and sort this out $120 cash were paid for a job not done.

Worst Experience Going – Absolute nightmare. Apartment not cleaned, $300 later. Spoke to the operations manager and he was as useless as I've ever spoken to. Told me that since I agreed to the cleaning he wouldn't fix the problem. Would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to throw money away. You will have to find a second company to clean your house once these monkeys leave.
