navigation is also poor. Instead of cleaning in neat, logical lines, it sometimes behaves strangely, misses areas, and seems to leave the room or go off in random directions. Edge cleaning is weak as well, so dust and dirt are often left along skirting boards and corners. For a product at this price, I expected much better coverage and reliability. The mopping performance is not enough to make up for these issues. The robot feels like it needs too much babysitting, and I don’t trust it to do a proper job unattended. Overall, this has been a disappointing purchase and I would not recommend it to anyone who wants strong suction, reliable navigation, and thorough cleaning.

caused me to lose trust in the brand. Unfortunately, dealing with Dreame Australia’s customer service has been even worse than the faulty product itself. There is no direct contact number, meaning you are forced into an agonizingly slow, days-long email chain just to get basic answers. I returned the faulty unit on April 7th. It took days of fighting just to get them to process a replacement, which is the bare minimum legal standard under Australian Consumer Law, not some special "offer." Even after they acknowledged receiving my shipping address and promised to send tracking details immediately, days have passed with absolute silence. I have been without a working vacuum since the day I bought it, and their team clearly has no sense of urgency. If you expect a working premium product and reliable support when things go wrong, look elsewhere. I strongly advise against buying from Dreame.

with the level of cleanliness of the floor after it finished its job. Also, bear in mind that you cannot be in a rush to get the job done as it takes its time. I will try having it on during the night! Anyway, I was looking forward for some help cleaning the house and would recommend it, regardless of the price tag!
Follow-up · I have used my robot more times now. It has been a lot of trial and error as the mapping of the lounge was not very good. I had to re-do it a couple of times to get the floor plan closer to what it really is. I gave up on vaccuming rugs as it did not have to power to do it. Mostly amazing! It does have a lot of trouble going up the 2cm rise to the bathroom so I have to manually pick up and place down when it should be able to do it itself.. Also when it uses the sweeping ‘arms’ it shoots the crumbs all over the place where its already vacuumed so that’s a bit annoying Show reply

It did a great job on our dusty floors - after the second clean the floors were perfect. I have two of them one on each floor. They do require a little more attention than I expected but on reflection I think it would be reasonable to expect small items to get caught in wheels and filters needing cleaning . I am so wildly underwhelmed by this product. I considered 1 star. There’s virtually no setup or training info so it’s up to you to go looking. appalling - can’t even vacuum only half of my downstairs apartment and has to go and recharge. Its robot sensors leave HUGE missed areas and also are not methodical. Very disappointed and would not recommend. In fact - wish I could get my money back! Seriously is that an option!?
The Aqua10 is a very good vac/mop robotic cleaner and along with the app desires 5 stars. However, the lack support for obtaining the consumables such as bags, mop rollers etc is non existent on the Dreame website. Hopefully they are working to remediate this as the lack of replacement parts is a major concern when spending a significant investment which may become unusable if replacement consumables are non existent. The customer service misled and lied to the question of if the product is on the said promotion just to lower the price after I purchased. Under the consumer law this is contestable as sales misconduct as Dreame show no respect to own the mistake.

Despite claims on the website this vacuum can cope with pet hair, it definitely can't. The roller fluffer needs to be constantly cleaned as pet hair gets clogged around it's mechanism which has to be pulled out with tweezers. dustbin won't empty as it is obviously clogged somewhere. Customer care is also woeful. I have asked how to send the vacuum back for a refund via email and as yet have not heard back from the company. This is seriously the worst robotic vacuum/mop I have ever had.
