back to the company for repair months ago, but there has still been no proper resolution or update. Every time I follow up, I receive a completely different response from a different team member, with no consistency, accountability, or actual help provided.

No one from the company has even bothered to call and discuss the issue properly. This has been one of the most frustrating after-sales service experiences I have ever dealt with.

I would strongly recommend others to think twice before purchasing from Dreame unless they are prepared to deal with extremely poor customer service and endless follow-ups.

We are still happy with our Dreame D20 but unfortunately it has recently started to stall during vacuuming and just spin around. We have to prompt it to continue, I hope this is only a short term glitch. Show details ·  1

Once you work out the interface it’s absolutely simple to use, you don’t have to think about it for a couple of months. It would be nice if it can with a few spare bags, brushes and rollers. 8 out of 10 recommend Show reply

Amazing Unit. Brought this unit as I have an extremely sore back and unable to vacuum my home. Once setup it ran smoothly and completed the job at ease. The only thing to say.. if you have a long haired dog make sure you keep them away from the unit as they can be caught in the brushes. Great vacuum for price, very quiet and keep our apartment clean. The navigation is better than I expected and it hasn’t got stuck once . The mopping is average but it’s OK. Show reply

Love the ease of programming and the vacuum function. Under my beds have never been so cleaned!! Not so happy with the mopping function on my wood floors. Doesn’t clean sticky residue and it leaves marks when the machine turns. I am thinking about upgrading to rectify these issues. Show reply

I have lost count of the number of times I’ve had to connect to the wifi, reconnect to my phone and remap the house. Ver frustrating.

This was a gift for my mother who was very skeptical of robot vacuums. She has been nothing but impressed by the product and how it is performing. Thank you for proving her wrong and delivering something she is proud of. Show reply

Excellent app, cleaning power is decent and it does the job and was great for the price we paid for it. The LiDar only obstacle avoidance is a fair bit worse than on the L40 (we have the D20 for carpeted upstairs and L40 for tile/floor/rug downstairs) but good for larger objects. cables which are of decent size and ingested/wrapped them around the roller.

All in all - happy with the product, its making a positive impact to the amount of time for my kids and work in my life and would recommend it to anyone as long as they didn't expect stellar small object detection.

Excellent robot vacuum, apart from the wifi setup which took a few tries, the vacuum works great! It mapped the house with ease, navigated the entire property without getting stuck or loosing track. Cleans rooms or areas well on demand or schedule. No glitches or issues encountered at all. Excellent app, which can control the robot when not at home. I don't think this one is suitable for my property it's quite large. The 1/2 pad doesn't clean the floor properly even on the extended clean cycle doing it room x room.

I love how it learns your space so easily and then cleans into every corner and under beds. Fabulous! Best home tool i have bought.
