Happy little robot – The product is wonderful and extremely clever. However, there is no manual and there appears to be no manual for this model on the internet. Issues after 2 weeks.Terrible customer service – The unit had issues out of the box and then had a failure after 2 weeks of minimal usage. Dreame will not assist with replacement nor return to manufacturer for repairs. Next to no after sales service.

Haven’t received – Keep getting these reviews haven’t even received my item ready to request a refund been 6 weeks !

Handy House Cleaning – This robotic vacuum cleaner & mop does a brilliant job. It is easy to set up. Soon maps out all the rooms and you can then partition the map identifying each room. the $400.00 reduction in price. A week later it was offered at a $500.00 discount for Father’s Day. I sent the seller an email regarding this and they promptly refunded me $100.00. This is a great display of customer relations.

Good, but not perfect yet – The robot cleans well. Impressively well. But the downside is the app is still not that user friendly and the daily maintenance requirements of the robot. It needs its (tiny) bin emptied daily. The waste water and clean water need to be emptied and refilled each use. especially given it’s cold water with no detergent. On top of that you have to get down and regularly clean the mop washboard which seems to get disgustingly dirty surprisingly quickly. Also there are no spares of anything and these are very expensive to buy. So you can’t just change the mop pads and put the others in the wash.

Good idea, faulty machine, non existent customer service – Purchased Dreame L10. Huge problems with mapping. Sometimes shows the machine outside the house. Main problem is that five or six times each clean the machine stops and reports it is stuck even though it is in clear space. The company phone number is blocked. Their chat line has been taken off line. If I did not have a physical machine in my posession I would think this is a scam operation. The machine could be very good if it worked but I cannot get to that position. DO NOT BUY A DREAME ROBOT VAC.

Dreame L10 Prime Robot Vacuum Cleaner - Fantastic purchase! – We bought our L10 Prime Robot at the beginning of July 2023. We have carpet, bamboo flooring and tiles. We also have a large rug. bin after a full house clean. It’s quick and easy to do. I have programmed Shortcuts for individual room cleaning, which I find very useful, but there are only 6 Shortcuts available to programme. A few more would be a great addition. However, you can go into the map and click on an area, and that acts the same as a Shortcut. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and recommend the L10 Prime. Much easier than dragging a vacuum cleaner around the house!

Instead, I find myself setting multiple cleaning zones just to exclude a specific area, which isn't user-friendly.

Additionally, the daily cleaning schedule doesn't allow cleaning within a specific zone. The robot determines the definition of a "room", and in my case, it merged all tiled areas into one room. This makes the scheduled cleaning not very functional for me, as I often find the robot stuck somewhere when I wake up.

Overall, while the hardware seems promising, the software could benefit from more flexibility and user-defined settings.
