Terrible avoid at all costs – Ordered $50 worth of batteries 2 months ago and was told they’d be shipped after a month at the latest. Have had multiple emails back and fourth that we’re all written very poorly, have still not received my package and have since requested a refund for the second time and was told it will take another 3-10 business. Reseller of Alibaba knocker offs – Bought drone parts through these guys, inadvertently as they sell through dick smith as shop front. Product very slow to deliver, product was poor quality, obvious Alibaba knockoffs, being sold as genuine parts. Refused to provide refunds needing video evidence of performance issues. I wasn’t expecting alot – Items were received well ahead of expected time and of good quality. Not exact brand only replica but weight was very close to the originals and matched perfectly. And of cause very well priced!

refund and they sent me an email stating refunds can not be done while the item is in transit. Utter nonsense!! I'm so annoyed with them, I will be discouraging my followers on instagram not to buy from them, and I will not be buying anything from them ever again and I discourage everyone from purchasing anything from dronesxpress, they need to change their business name because it's not even Xpress, more like snail mail. Buy from a genuine Aussie company, where you get the items within a week, don't bother with these fools!!

6 weeks and still waiting for goods to arrive – DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DRONES Xpress. Goods still have not arrived after 6 weeks, I doubt they ever shipped them. Lodged a Disputed Transaction with my bank (after waiting 4 weeks and no goods) as I paid on credit card. Funds will now be refund to me. Its now been 6 weeks and still NO GOODS received.

me knowing. I waited 4 weeks for this bag to arrive and only to find I had the wrong one. I quickly checked my original confirmation email of purchase and realised I had brought the wrong one. I quickly emailed Dronesxpress.com.au and explained to them what had happened and that there had been a mistake made when purchasing the bag. I explained that the bag was a xmas gift and that it'll serve no purpose for me and it wasn't what I needed. I told them I was happy to return it by mail and pay the extra few dollars and in return they can send me the right one. I explained that the bag was in perfect condition and it was still in its packaging.

This is the reply I received: "Our website isn't capable of changing products mid-orders - nor would we have anything to gain from that. At this stage, we don't accept human error / change of mind returns. We wouldn't be able to supply a different bag before Christmas"

My reply was: "Is there a reason you won't take back a return? The bag is in perfect condition and I'm happy to send the bag back and pay the extra few dollars and in return id like the Shockproof one please"

This was their reply: "Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges / refunds for change of mind / incorrect purchases at this stage. We hope to in the future" ( We hope to in the future!?) what does that even mean, how can you sell a product and not take returns when something goes wrong. Dronexpress return policy states. We only accept returns on incorrect or faulty items, We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).. Well I clearly have an incorrect item that was a error of their behalf and they still won't take it back. This is an Australian company and they should be ashamed of themselves and the way they do business. Do not trust this company!! OH just to mention the bag they sent me even though it was the wrong one the quality was absolutely crap, and was worth maybe 5 bucks if that.

Don't buy from Drones Xpress – Australian Company? Crap Expensive, taking so long for delivery. I mean very long. Never buy from them again. eBay or Amazon is way better. Buy from others. Even direct from China or India would be a lot quicker and cheaper. Show details

Business is a joke – Ordered a audio adapter for my Action Cam. They advertise that they in Aus but your order comes from O/S. Over 2 months since i ordered my item, bogus tracking number supplied. I have given up waiting, will buy off an genuine Aus seller and have delivered in 2 days NOT months. Feel free to buy off them if don't want to see item for 6 moths if at all. Never EVER will i deal with these people again. You are warned, deal with them at you peril
