Very responsive to problem with carpet – Ken and Sarah were very prompt in their attempts to remedy a carpet problem. They were prompt and courteous and certainly knew what products to use to remove water stains from a flooding and recent pet urine. it is difficult to rate all the criteria because Ken and Sarah were making good the work of a previous carpet cleaner but I was certainly happy with their best efforts. Didn't turn up! – Booked online to have the carpets cleaned on 8 December. Received confirmation email 25 November. No one turned up. When I rang there was no indication that I had booked.

Awesome Job – The boys did an amazing job. The kids had a great time with sudocream on dark carpet and the boys managed to get it all out. The carpet looks new. Would highly recommend and will certainly be in touch when I need them cleaned again.

help with heavy chairs. My carpets are a pale peach wool so a nightmare to keep reasonably clean. Josh did a thorough job and improved even stubborn marks from tread in doorways and near the sofa. The carpets are fresh, soft and MUCH brighter. I shall certainly recommend you and also use your services again next year. Thankyou all.

What a fantastic job! – Our carpets are 10 years old and were badly stained, so was our lounge suite. Ken did a really amazing job, the carpets look really great again and our lounge looks good as new. Would not recommend this company to even clean a dog kennel – My ex tenants book Drymaster to do a final carpet clean in 3 bedrooms & a lounge on my property with the lounge carpet being less than 6 months old - The operators were in & out in what seemed to be less than ten minutes & they done one room twice into the bargain - One operator vacuumed the carpets & mover the cleaner so fast one would think he… Read more

was in a F1 motor race & I'm certain the vacuum cleaner would not have enough time to vacuum any dirt that was in the carpet - than sprayed a solution on the carpet & the other operator put a buffing machine over the carpet so fast also one could think he was waving the checkered flag & that operator did not have enough time to over lap the buff machine & missed buffing the carpet completely on each change of direction & now the carpet has dried out the dirt can been seen where they missed & the carpet looks dirtier than it was before they started - They packed the van & said to me "We don't know what to do now as they have been instructed not to leave without getting the money" & my reply to them was "Don't look at me" - Thanks guys your operation was an eye opener & I wish I had a video camera to record the action but I can take pictures of your work & paste them on Facebook & over avenues to promote your handy work (HA HA) & now I will call a professional (you know those people that do a job right) to do the job before the potatoes start growing. - Don't forget I did not engage Drymaster to do the job but I'm the one left with your mess. Would not recommend this firm to clean a PIG PEN - Upset is an understatement.

Awesome – Good old red wine stain.. I tried cleaning it myself but just made a bigger mess.. Ken came to the rescue and fitted me in between jobs.. now the stain is gone.. Brand new carpet – Just had my lounge carpet, sofa & 2 wingback chairs cleaned. My carpet had plenty of wine, , tea & coffee stains plus ash from our fireplace.
