soft enough for my personal pressure points when inflammed, but the issue was resolved with a layer of topper. I can honestly say that I haven't had such good sleep since a long long time; even through pain subsconciously in my sleep, I managed to get huge improvement with sleep time and quality, and spine posture. I was concerned it might be too firm, having had softer beds in the past. I put our sheepskin underlay over it which softened it just enough. I’m a side and back sleeper and have never had such a restful sleep.

Really impressed with the fast delivery and customer support. I really love how the mattress has thermal regulating properties to help cool the skin temperature. at the sides like her previous mattress (spring) or her sister’s (a different branded boxed hybrid mattress) when we are having bedtime chats. Normally,I’d feel like I’m sliding off the bed when I’m sitting on the side.
