As usual excellent job – The technician Shannon did an amazing job on our carpets.. he was very professional and pleasant. Our carpets look like new and the deodorising was an extra unexpected bonus... thank you.

Exactly ZERO out of 10 – $120 to clean one average sized room well over the top price wise for starters. That was purportedly a minimum call out fee and to even clean one other small room while on site was to be an extra. presumably carpet cleaning ace to restore the status quo of our carpet to do what ..Clean the carpet...And that would quite reasonably assume clean off the majority of any stains and whatever. After stuffing around for approx half an hour or so off the operator trotted with his $120 and after the carpet had ‘dried’ it looked much the same with all stains evident and apparent. What a waste of time, money and an excise in futility.

Customer satisfaction zilch.

Yes friends, extremely disappointing to say the least and rest assured I would not engage this mob or recommend them to clean a dogs kennel.

My advice..... Make sure you engage a cooperative customer satisfaction orientated contractor and /or business to cover your requirements in a businesslike manner. This mob do not meet any requisite requirements in any of the accepted standards in the normal course of business.

Dishonest and unprofessional – Don't use this company as they are dishonest and don't do professional job. They quote cheap then they try to get it out from you when they are on the job. called the company and asked them to remove the false note and they refused and they were very rude. Terrible job and terrible service.

No show - do not use these people – Booked in airconditioning service and then got a call from the (overseas) call centre an hour after they were due to say they couldn't come as they didn't have the equipment they needed. broken foot and sprained wrist, so this was no easy task). They thought they could just book us in for the next day. Fed up, I cancelled and booked with someone else (who was fantastic). On to the next reason for not using these people - they make you pay a deposit. I had to fight to get this back (the call centre person simply did not understand the request). I understand paying a deposit when a product is being made for you, but this is just a service. It's odd and I can't find any other aircon cleaning service that does this.

When I book the job I gave clear instructions on how to reach my unit and yet this person they sent was every abusive and continuously telling me that he was not in a mood to do my job and even insulted my old mom asking whether she is a person. I asked the person to leave the premises immediately as my pregnant wife was also shocked with the way that [name removed] with no brain behaved, despite we spent an entire evening cleaning the house for them to do the job. Even I caught him removing the power supply to the Main garage door as he was furious and later he realized he cannot go out without restoring power to garage door. This dodgy business send very unprofessional , rude people to do jobs who I don't think have a brain of a dog. I am going to lodge a complaint to Fair Trade commission against them regarding this incident.

Brilliant service – My technician was Shannon just fantastic. He turned up on time, we walked the house, I have 7 rooms, he explained what was going to be done. Once finished he showed me the results, couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

Shannon worked so hard to achieve a great result – Shannon made our old carpet look great. He was able to remove stains that other companies were unable to remove. He was very professional in his work and got on with the job at hand. Our carpets set a challenge for him which he tackled with ease. Thanks again. Certainly will use this company again.

Even after they agreed I had not received any reasonable service and had actually made my problem worse they refused to make good the situation.

They at least gave my money back which will not cover the cost I will incur to fix the issue.

turned up so i called the company saying i would like to cancel my appointment due to the following reasons.

Whilst on the call the phone cut out, i got a knock on the door a few minutes later (10.36am) it was the technician, I explained I was just on the phone cancelling my appointment and I told him it is very unprofessional to be turning up to an appointment 1hour late reeking of cigarette smoke

Lovely and clean carpet – More than happy with edry cleaning that was done today!!! Carpets are like new, even got a stain out that has been there as long as the carpet has!!

The only way to clean – So very happy with the service. Two men who knew what they were doing - very professional. The carpets looked great after cleaning and I had the leather lounge cleaned and it looked amazing after cleaning. Would definitely use E-Dry again. Thank You for the great service.

and they said they had called me to reschedule (they hadn't) and rescheduled again. The day before the arranged booking they called to say they need to change it. I am absolutely appalled to learn that this is an on-going issue. I was told I was going to get a discount which I didn't and the guy who was coming over knew nothing about it which was not his fault but still not good service at all. Would not recommend to anyone, it caused me so much stress not to mention money lost from not working and only went through with the booking because I was under a lot of stress and had no time to organise another company.

technician was now sick and couldn't make. of course!! I had taken the day off work specifically to get the carpets cleaned. Not to mention moved all the furniture. I have left numerous messages for someone to contact me, so far that hasn't happened. This business does not give good customer service.

worked it out, but I told her as I work, I needed the first appointment of the day. I received a written confirmation on the time and date.

Last night I got a call saying they need to move me to a later time today as they now had another appointment before mine???. i said this was unacceptable as the appointment was made weeks ago, but if they cannot make the scheduled time they need to call back and let me know. I did not get a call back and as you guessed no-one arrived!

There is no shortage of people to do this type of work! why use this company???

WARNING. DO Not Use Find someother supplier – They just didn’t arrive. Called me after appointment time to advise me that they would not arrive. This looks like a go between. You are not talking to the actual supplier.

They both did their job well with no complaints from me.

Not happy – The person came on time and he was nice, but he didn't vacuum the rooms before as the brochure said (industrial cleaning), took only less than 40 minutes to do the 5 rooms with preparation and explanation. I emptied the rooms leaving beds, bedside table and sofas....nothing was moved to clean under. The carpet looks the same.

cleaning carpets – I was very happy with the service on my unit which has two carpeted bedrooms that were cleaned. Jason was polite and very professional. Found customer service quite helpful.

Poor customer service – Horrible customer service, call centre staff were so unhelpful I ended the call, and moved onto another company! It was like they didn’t want my business!

HORRIBLE! – Horrible service we received, the servicemen obviously had better things to do than their jobs as the job was horribly done and when I complained, the same terrible service again. Finally, when they completed what I asked, third visit (clean the carpet properly) it was finally done!

Great Job Again – We have had E-Dry clean the carpets a few times now and we can't believe how much difference it makes. My son's bedroom floor was really dirty and it came up brand new.
