Ignite duel suspension e-mountain bike
The ordering and the delivery of this product was quite good. 7 working days.
Unfortunately the parts and warranty were quite bad. The left pedal that came with the bike had an issue with the thread. I spent a good half hour grinding and filling the un finished thread so I could get the pedal on the bike. The rest of the bike went together fine. But Three pedals down the driveway and the chain fell apart. I looked the chain up and it turns out a $15 chain shouldn't be on a e-mountain bike with a fair bit of power. Slow process and a broken device
A difficult experience with my intial question not being answered, a faulty unusable scooter from the box, long waits for dispatching, and additional waits for a supplier warranty response.
I'll likely not have my device working when I need it most and am so far left feeling very stressed and disappointed.

I bought a scooter from eride solutions and it came in very faulty with lots of issues, I requested to return it and they refused and then proceeded to charge me to ship it back to them for repairs even though it was their fault they sold me a faulty scooter (shipping was also $80). Do not buy from this place.

Multioke phone calls and emails eventually led to their supplier fixing the problem directly with me (at my cost). I politely gave many opportunities for the problem to be resolved. their lack of technical knowledge of the products they sell and apparent lack of concern for customer service means I would not consider being a repeat customer.

Read more The issue you are having is not warranty related and our supplier required shipping payment to send the item you requited. Our staff are well trained in the products we sell but we arent as knowledgeable as the companies that design them ie our suppliers. Im sorry you have had a bad experience.Stephen I get the process and have been very patient. Your staff member's communication is the nub of the problem. Your sales staff were great, I just wish the after sales staff could match your professionalism.

I was refused to provide any warranty support. and my phone was hung up despite of me being considerate throughout the time and never used any foul language. Do not purchase if you think you need to use your warranty and all the customer rights

Excellent Purchase
Purchased an E Bike Classique. Simple process and bike was easy to assemble the last few component's. The delivery was within a reasonable time frame. The bike appears to be of good quality with good accessories.
The only minor issue is how to adjust the disc brakes as they are grabbing.

very happy with the time it took to be delivered 24 /8 /21 .its very impressive that it is electric and you can use it as a normal wheel chair and push it .good to see something still made in australia ,well done eride solutions and staff

the land snail is an incredible board im a big guy, i weigh over 120kg ..this board absolutely flies..and dilevery only took a few days from Queensland to Sydney...an awesome buy I love it

Very happy with the Dragon GTS
I bought my Dragon GTS from Eride Solutions & I'm very happy with my purchase. It did take 13 days to deliver from only 55mins drive away but these are busy times in the courier business I suppose. After one week I had an issue with the back tube being faulty but Stephen promptly sent 2 new tubes up to get me back on track again. Great after sales service. Would definitely recommend using them to anyone. Love my scooter. Thanks heaps.
