Do not deal with these people, the mobile to answer back dont exist. They have no idea what they ate talkjng about then offer you a $1500 to discount beware beware beware

Poor customer service – Ordered bike Oct 14 and tried to track all I can see is order not shipped yet trying to find out when it will ship and when I can expect delivery the number they provide is always busy there is no 24 hr service they described and they do not respond to any comments you leave in their chat box so I have no idea when I will get the e bike I paid for so I can't tell you anything about the product just lack of communication on their end

Poor customer service – Sadly our travel wheelchair became unfit for purpose after 15 months of care and minimal use, stopping dead and unable to turn back on at the most dangerous of situations. Poor customer service in resolution attempts and lack of response from the company. Left with a faulty unit unfit for its purpose.

Slow process and a broken device – A difficult experience with my intial question not being answered, a faulty unusable scooter from the box, long waits for dispatching, and additional waits for a supplier warranty response. I'll likely not have my device working when I need it most and am so far left feeling very stressed and disappointed.

Just what I need to enable me more mobility – Had a good experience with the staff from start to finish. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

PERFECT bike. Could not be happier – Purchased the E-CLASSIQUE ELECTRIC CITY BIKE. Could not be more happier with my purchase. I had a few questions regarding how to use a few of the bikes features, customer service got straight back to me within the hour. Will purchase from this company again!

Would not recommend – I bought a scooter from eride solutions and it came in very faulty with lots of issues, I requested to return it and they refused and then proceeded to charge me to ship it back to them for repairs even though it was their fault they sold me a faulty scooter (shipping was also $80). Do not buy from this place.

Multioke phone calls and emails eventually led to their supplier fixing the problem directly with me (at my cost). I politely gave many opportunities for the problem to be resolved. their lack of technical knowledge of the products they sell and apparent lack of concern for customer service means I would not consider being a repeat customer.

No after purchase support – I was refused to provide any warranty support. and my phone was hung up despite of me being considerate throughout the time and never used any foul language. Do not purchase if you think you need to use your warranty and all the customer rights

Excellent Purchase – Purchased an E Bike Classique. Simple process and bike was easy to assemble the last few component's. The delivery was within a reasonable time frame. The bike appears to be of good quality with good accessories. The only minor issue is how to adjust the disc brakes as they are grabbing.

bought it for a friend of mine who has lost her leg – very happy with the time it took to be delivered 24 /8 /21 .its very impressive that it is electric and you can use it as a normal wheel chair and push it .good to see something still made in australia ,well done eride solutions and staff

amazing – the land snail is an incredible board im a big guy, i weigh over 120kg ..this board absolutely flies..and dilevery only took a few days from Queensland to Sydney...an awesome buy I love it

Very happy with the Dragon GTS – I bought my Dragon GTS from Eride Solutions & I'm very happy with my purchase. It did take 13 days to deliver from only 55mins drive away but these are busy times in the courier business I suppose. After one week I had an issue with the back tube being faulty but Stephen promptly sent 2 new tubes up to get me back on track again. Great after sales service. Would definitely recommend using them to anyone. Love my scooter. Thanks heaps.

Great Helmet – Very good quality helmet, looks great on as well. I got the black gloss, it sits perfect on the head and it’s very comfortable to wear.

Great skateboard – The Path Weekender Warrior skateboard is great fun and quality. The remote control is the only let down. It feels light and cheap compared to others that I have seen

Absolutely Brilliant – We bought a chair without any fuss or bother. The wheelchair is very comfortable and easy to use and fold. The only fault are the arms. The arms are a hinge joint that are screwed down with a raised screw that digs into thighs. This could be eliminated by the use of flat head screws"

I love my trike – I purchased an electric trike from eride solutions and found that the sales people were helpful, the delivery was efficient as I was able to have them send the trike to a local bike store to put it together. big wheels which i thought good for balance, but I sit so high I feel less secure than on my other e-trike. I am five foot 3inches and not a trim person who has damaged hips and knees, so I need to have a step to mount and dismount the trike. I set up a portable step that I attach with string so I can pull it up after i am on the trike and but it in the front tray. It works out well. People comment on how fantastic the trike is and my two dogs also love going for rides. It does look impressive and I can ride up to 30k/hr on a slight downward slope. It feels great. The only other thing I have had trouble with is getting the seat and the handle bars not to slip down. When I go over a bump and I am hanging onto the handle bars they twist forward. Still working on the solution for that maybe it needs a better grip material around the handle bars. I would recommend eride solutions as they have competitive prices and friendly service.
