Claim made easy – My partner and I needed to make a claim on a bench seat at Early Settler Orange. Liz and her team made this experience so easy and fuss free. We will definitely shop there again with this amazing customer service. Thank you so much team at Early Settler Orange.

Will never order again. Never know when you will get your items – Ordered a coffee table early October and was due to arrive early November. That time passed so I called to see where it was and was told it was delayed to the 27th November I think but no one notified me. I then Had to do this 3 more time being told the 3rd December and then told the latest 10th of December other wise someone will call me. It got til the 19th of December and still no coffee table and no set date they could give me that it would get here. So my item was 7 weeks delayed with no communication. No one cared, was just bad luck and no was one apologetic. Said they would try get one for elsewhere when I called back to ask if they found someone just said no one emailed them. Couldn’t even call.
Staff at my local store were rude because ‘she’s and online order’.
Got a refund in the end as it became ridiculous, and got a coffee table elsewhere.
Will never order again.
