Excellent customer service
The customer service online was excellent. I wanted to ask some questions before ordering a d they were so helpful and then helped me process my order and select a delivery date 2 months ahead of my order date without any issues or hassle.

Above and beyond
Staff member assisting me in my purchase and arranging the delivery was delightful and made the process seemless. Products were of great quality. I did have some assembly to do but it was easy.

Outstanding customer service
I was satisfied with the online store. I had trouble with shipping arrangements so I asked the online chat for help. The person that responded to my query was amazing. He was friendly helpful and patient. He sorted out my problem and I was able to purchase the products I wanted. Thank you.

Such great Staff!!!! At Albury
Albury Staff are lovely so helpful and genuine the current manage a gentleman is very helpful and I remember the females name Di were so great I love this store so many well priced products I went in for one thing and spent $3,000

Poor communication
Purchased a sideboard in October 2020, was first told 4th December it'd be in stock when first looking, then 2 days later when I went back to purchase they told me 18th December. I rang on the 12th December to be then told the 23rd December. I rang again on the 24th December to be told earliest would be the 8th January. The person at the store mentioned it was likely the cyclone off of Fiji that is adding to the late delivery (cyclone only appeared 48hrs ago.) I was also told that they have contacted us 4 times and left messages on my husbands ...Read more
mobile which is untrue as we pay extra on his Telstra plan to have all voice messages saved and listed on dates etc for easy viewing and none were received at all except for me ringing on the 12th December. I have now requested to cancel my order! Really disappointed as a consumer to be lied to. I would suggest to be careful with any dates that they promise you with any purchases.2 comments

Terrible Mattress
This is the worst mattress I have ever slept on. We have slept on it for 2 months and it is too hard, I like a firm mattress, but this mattress is terrible, even after putting an expensive topper on it. After contacting Early Settler 3 times and being advised it will soften, we have had to purchase a new mattress elsewhere and it is the first time in 2 months we have woken without back and hip pain.

First and last time
Ordered a bookcase in Sept hoping to have it by Christmas. 10 day wait as per website. After 3wks I emailed, eventual reply was that it wouldn’t be in until Christmas Eve. Still nothing, no updates, tracking or contact. I expected better

Poor quality doesn't go together, reluctant service
I purchased 2 Marly Occasional Chairs from the online store. The product didn't go together properly. Both chairs had problems with ill-fitting tenon joints and fixings screws that wouldn't tighten properly.
Follow up to get a replacement or my money back was in vain. The delivery store said that it was an insurance issue ( inferring it was out of their hands) I then received an email saying my case was closed before resolving anything with me. So I'm left with 2 faulty products and no refund.

OVER IT !
Still waiting for a cushion ordered in early October, can understand delays but 10 weeks is a bit much. Finally item was dispatched and now apoears to have been lost by the courier. Consultants are polite but have not resolved problem. NEVER AGAIN. This experience has really put me off buying from Early Settler.

I have not received my delivery, it has been delayed twice. What makes this a positive review are the people involved. I actually feel that Saige cared that I was feelimg anxious. the response was efficient. positive and encouraging. If the product I received is as good as the service then it will be 10/10.
