customer service is as without customers, they have NO JOB. Acknowledgement can be a simple smile you know. So disappointed will not return to this shop

Sanctuary lounge/day bed and Antigua dining set – The shop is a little overcrowded with too many pieces of furniture. It’s hard to imagine certain pieces in your home because of this. wood. Putting the pieces together was super simple and easily done with two people. The table was installed by the transport team who were very quick and professional. One bench seat would not screw in properly and the Robina team addressed this straight away arranging for a replacement early next week. I just wish the bench seats came with a cushion and that both items were available in a darker colour. Only time will tell if stains can be washed out, but nevertheless still very happy with our purchase and we have now decided to purchase another single seat to add to our purchase.

Update March 2023: this lounge is still fantastic over 12mths later. It’s barely faded and the seating has been so easy to remove to wash. They have come clean every time.

Mirror – I was looking everywhere for a mirror for my ensuite. I found what I wanted and rang the store they arranged for me to collect it the following week. I was emailed and test message that the mirror had arrived and was able to collect it in a timely manner. be no refund and we had to submit a claim, waited 2 weeks for a reply and repaired it at our own expense in the mean time. Would never visit or deal with this store again.

Had to jump through hoops to get money back – Bought a mirror but it wasn't right so I wanted to return it. Was told I only had a week to return it and that because of the shutdown, I needed to make an appointment to return it. half an hour, was told I could return it but would need to call the local store to make an appointment. Which I did, after having a hissy fit. But then the real problems started because I'd paid on Paypal, so had to wait for a refund. After sending two messages, no refund. Eventually I had to escalate it to a claim and three weeks later, finally received a refund from Paypal. NEVER AGAIN.

The Worst Customer Service EVER! Will never shop here again and I’ll make damn sure my friends & family don’t either – Purchased the Trentham full bedroom suite. Was delivered to my daughters house while we waited to move house. Finally unpacked boxes and chest of drawers and one bedside table are missing handles. get through to the phone numbers provided . So I drove down there and was told by their sales staff that it wasn’t a problem, someone would drop them in my letterbox within 3 days. 5 days pass and still nothing . Lodged a complaint with their online form and got one phone call with no follow through. Cannot return calls to this number as you must leave a message , which I have done several times and big fat zero response. I will be showing up there with a screw driver and dismantling their floor stock whether they like it or not. Do not shop here! They are the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and will give negative reviews wherever I can . Robina QLD store have totally USELESS staff! Buyer beware

EARLY SETTLER RUDE, ARROGANT STAFF – Rude staff. First called Logan. Put on hold for 5 minutes only to then be told she was busy helping a customer and I would have to call back. Thought I was a customer too but apparently not! Then called Robina. Again, rude staff member. Didn’t listen to what I was asking. Arrogant and extremely unfriendly. That’s okay. Simple fix. What a find! – "Just yesterday I came across Early Settler when I was looking for a blue and white table lamp on line. When I discovered that you had a store nearby at Robina, I went and had a look. I came away with the blue and white table lamp I wanted, plus a buffet, and some blue and white ceramics and a white chandelier. I will be back to purchase some 'Cate' barstools which were so comfortable." Show details
