Poor supply of products – My elderly aunt purchased and paid for $2000 worth of furniture in July 2019 after loosing her house in the Townsville floods to be delivered in September two of the three items were in stock with one to be ordered and delivered all together only one there now latest date is December which is starting to be a bit ridiculous.
Great experience! – The Townsville staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an enoyable shopping experience. The store remained in contact with me until my goods were delivered in perfect condition.
