Brilliant Service from TK and Finn at Early Settler Moorabbin – I dropped into Early Settler to have one of my regular looks around as I love the store. In this instance I was delighted to find a bargain in the clearance area. Bad Sofa - No Guarantee – I purchased the Marsanne 3 x Seater Sofa from Early Settler roughly 12 months ago and it’s completely faulty. The seat cushioning has flattened to half the original size and it looks worn and torn well beyond its use. only has a 12 month warranty? Anyway, despite their hesitation, I’ve followed up with Consumer Affairs Victoria who have told me I’m entitled to a replacement, repair or refund despite the filling being out of warranty. Really disappointed that I dropped $2k on this sofa and that I’m being treated like someone returning a loaf of bread at the supermarket. Have been a loyal customer for years. Will be following up and not backing down on my rights to own a sofa that lives beyond 12 months.
Disgusting quality and poor service – The goods I ordered were unsatisfactory and the service I received was same! The wardrobe that cost over $1,000 was severely damaged and I was told by the driver to glue it together. Show details
Great products and great service – Been buying from Early Settelr for years now. While there have been the occasional delays in delivery, my overall experience is overwhelmingly positive. Products are of high quality and are reasonably priced. My only complaint is that when we visit the store we end up buying more than we planned! Show details

Great layout, helpful staff, love the product – Sales rep gave us a discount on 8 outdoor chairs. He put it in a quote. Unfortunately because we wanted to pay with zippay we had to call geelong store to do it over the phone. All early settlers would benefit having zippay/zipmoney. Product came assembled which is great.
Poor customer service – Ordered sofas in Aug for Nov delivery. Wrong colour sent ... 2nd set sent, once again wrong colour. told by [name removed] who was incredibly rude and un helpful that it’s pretty easy to assemble (80kg table) and that the person who sold us the table was a trainee and didn’t give us all the information. Not our issue..
This has made our move into our new home difficult as we don’t have a dining table.
Would not recommend this store to anyone even though there products might be gois service is terrible.

Great Service! – Ordered a print with the Narre Warren store (coming from Moorabbin) and then found out there would be a delay due to hiccup with pickup. Christine from the Moorabbin store went out of her way to make sure I would receive it fast, 2 weeks earlier than I would have if she hadn't helped me.
