Lies, extra long delivery, and item received BOTH times damaged – We ordered a table and chairs from Early Settler Mornington in March 2022. The staff told us the items were made in Australia - turns out they are not, they are made in Vietnam. scratched dining room table?? We told them we wanted a replacement table which they sent finally in December - also scratched! Still they want to offer a measly store credit - why bother, we'll never shop at Early Settler again. Lies, ridiculous delivery times, and store credits which are equally ridiculous. If you're going to order something from Vietnam or China order it directly yourself instead of using these people - why waste all the extra money dealing with people who are going to lie and add 300% + to items

Just what we were looking for! – "Friendly service as we arrived in the store and easily found the kitchen tap we were looking for, it also had a 20% off sale which was an extra bonus. We received instant service and order came in earlier than expected.

Fantastic store and well priced – Early settler is my new favourite store. They are extremely good with their customer service and their products are now so 'on trend'. house has been fitted out with their lighting and lots of their furniture which is amazing quality and price.

Perfect customer service – We bought two three seater sofas which were slightly damaged on arrival. Once we notified the Mornington store, they happily agreed to exchange them. Within 10 days, the replacements arrived. All good. Well done.  Show details ·  1

Incorrect delivery time at point of order – We ordered a king bed, mattress and headboard. Ordered and paid in full on the 28th may. Delivery was guaranteed on the week commencing 20th June, our bed and mattress arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning with no phone call to let us know it would be delivered. No headboard. it would be early August for delivery. Not happy. We are currently awaiting a call back from the manager for a refund on the headboard. Poor show on behalf of early settlers.

John the extremely helpful manager called us back and kindly offered the temporary use of the floor stock headboard until ours arrives. A perfect solution so we are now 5 star happy.

in store at Mornington although i always look online first as I do not like shopping! – staff could not be more helpful & friendly, always made to feel extremely welcome. Quality has slipped a little over the years, but made in china will do this. Drear customer service in Mornington store. Pleasant stalk in Morrabbin and Springvale – V happy with the 2 couches and dining table I bought from the Mornington Store. Couldn't be happier with the products, were delivered when promised, look terrific and unlike some sofas the cushions r reversible. Good value for money , helpful staff and patient! Great experiance – Purchased a sofa on the weekend. Staff couldn't have been more helpful with assisting us choosing the right one. Was told we could have delivered on Tuesday which we agreed.
