Delayed Delivery – We have been waiting for our Clover Dining Table to be delivered since the 2nd of December. This item was purchased almost 12 weeks ago (24th of October 2019) and has still not been delivered to us. Love Love Love Early Settler – Early Settler is a favorite shop of mine. So many lovely things large or small to decorate any home. I always find the staff very friendly. They make a connection with you and you feel confident in going up to them and asking questions about things if you need to. Show details
Early Seetler Springvale Store - They are Thieves - Avoid Them – They stole my goods - did not refund me my money. I have been to many of their stores and they are very good at customer service except the one at Springvale store in Melbourne. They are the worst people I have ever seen. together. 2 days before delivery date they call me and tell me they have lost my invoices and can't find the discounted item i had already purchased !!!
Obviously someone in store decided it was a good bargain and wanted to keep it for themselves. I was so angry specially since I had done some minor renovations to make space in my living area for the bar and time spent shopping around for it. I decided to cancel all of my order with them. after a week I got the money in my account and it was $70 lesser than what they have charged me for.
They response is it was credit card surcharge and they will not pay it back to me. I is shocking to see I have spent my precious time and effort, paid them, booked my delivery, they loose my furniture and I still have to pay $70 out of my own pocket. They are so unreasonable and rude over the phone and I am yet to receive a call from some "Manager" to explain to me why they can not return my money.
Do yourself a favor and avoid them completely. They are not worth a dime.

Defective furniture, very frustrating experience – Ordered expensive table from Windsor store qld, table delivered badly cracked. Asked if it could be replaced immediately to be told 6 week wait for next shipping container from china. When told this was not acceptable salesman responded 'what do you want me to do about it,.
