 Follow-up  · The quality of the products were fantastic, I was very surprised how quickly delivery was, I got the $79 mothers day pack, it had a beautiful red ribbon with a shopping bag, olives, pretzels, raspberries and crackers I think it was, beautiful thank you

Placed an order on 14th Dec thinking I had plenty of time to receive and distribute for Christmas. Rang on the 18th after receiving no communication only to be told they were out of stock and more were coming and they would be del on 22nd which was too late, as I had to give them out on 22nd. 19th I received a tracking ID. I rang up and cancelled again. They said refund was in the pipeline and they would recall the items from the courier. On Monday 22nd items were delivered to my home and still sit as I can't give them out now. It's now 31st Dec and I'm still waiting on my refund because of holidays! Terrible experience and will not buy from them again. Absolutely hopeless.

Do not order from this company!!! I placed an order on Wednesday Dec 17th and paid the extra for next day delivery. My hamper has still not been delivered. My emails and requests for a refund have been ignored. Worst customer service ever.

after weeks of waiting, only to be told that a refund is coming we will write to you - nothing received. It's a complete joke. I’ve never experienced such poor service and blatant disregard for customers.

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR away from Hampers With Bite. It’s absolutely not worth the hassle. Save your time, money, and sanity!

Furthermore there is no excuse so no reply is justified from Hampers with Bite "trying" to rectify the situation!

Very poor communication. I paid for a set date for the delivery. An extra cost, they did not pick up my notes and delivered it early and spoiled our surprise. So I requested a credit for the extra freight charge and they choose to ignore me. Very disappointed Steve

I gifted my mother and law and sister and law a box each for Mother’s Day and made a mistake with the shipping Address. I reached out to customer service and they responded promptly and communicated really well to keep me up to date. They were able to get onto the couriers to update to the correct address. Hampers with Bite did not deliver a birthday hamper to a family member in NSW. Instead it was delivered to an incorrect, unknown address in QLD. Numerous emails and calls over nearly a month has had no resolution. We want a refund. Instead they blamed their courier. This is NOT the purchaser’s problem. Please do not deal with this company if you want your hamper to go to the right address in the right state. Very distressed.

I paid for express shipping and the item was delivered 5 days late. I attempted to contact Hampers With Bite several times only to receive automated responses and no replies to my emails asking where the package was. I would not use them again as they are unreliable and uncontactable.

I bought a hamper for a loved one in hospital and paid $34.95 for premium shipping. It was ordered 4 days ago and tracking advised it won’t arrive for another 4 days. Disappointing that I paid so much for premium shipping and it will take over 8 days to arrive. This was not clear when ordering or I would have gone with another company. I hope it is worth the wait!

Expensive shipping still late – Expensive shipping but still will arrive late. Tried to get help with delivery date and they keep responding with a 5 day window (so you really can’t ensure delivery on time considering hampers are given at critical times in people’s lives). Better options out there. Don’t recommend at all.

blame PayPal stating it was their fault, yet PayPal has confirmed and has proof from their end they have done everything possible to complete my order with Hampers with Bite. Hampers with Bite have not apologised to me for any wrong doing in their part nor have they given me any explanation what might have happened. I researched many Hamper companies before deciding on Hampers with Bite but in future I will be making sure I never place an order with this company ever again…

Destination address was entered using the 'standard' interface where you start typing the details and eventually it narrows down to a list showing the one you want, and you select it. destination and my home address. Go figure. I get a notification from the courier company detailing the pending delivery, followed shortly after by another message stating delivery complete, along with a photo showing a door and a parcel. It just so happens that I live not too far away from the address they claim to have delivered to do I drive there and discover that not only has the occupant not had a hamper delivered, the door on their property is nothing like that in the courier photo. Call Hampers with Bite (HWB), explain the issue and the agent apologises and says the destination address has been updated and another delivery will be organised. A few days later I receive another series of emails and messages from the courier company, again stating delivery is pending, then complete, this time to another incorrect destination! After contacting the courier company and being told they would organise another delivery with HWB, I waited another couple of days and then called HWB again. It quickly became clear that they believed the hamper had been delivered and once again I was shown the same picture of the door and hamper as proof - yes the same details that I had called HWB days earlier to explain were wrong. Clearly the order details had not been updated or the HWB staff were confused or overwhelmed. Whatever the reason, it now being Christmas Eve and too late to rectify the problem, I decided to pull the pin and request a refund. The refund has been enacted quickly, so no complaints there, however the unnecessary stress and lack of delivery has completely spoilt what should have been a pleasant experience for both sender and receiver of the gift. After this experience I can't recommend this business.

great deal of disappointment! After specifying the date for delivery (why give the option to do this if it can't be honoured) ?? wirj an explanation as to why any earlier delivery would not be an option ! the hamper was delivered early with noone home no surprises there ! ( I had said there would not be anyone there until the specified day because the recipient would be at work away from Melbourne ) I believe I had also given authority to leave (TBC) but despite that the hamper was taken to a post office for collection ..totally inconvenient because of my son's work schedule right on Christmas Apologies are of no use and to add salt to the wound the email of apology and the offer of $20 off the next order ..what nonsense ! There will be no next time !
