Previously used and been happy, today has been a waste of timePrior to today I wouldnt have believed this company had such bad reviews, until today when I went on for Valentines day hamper. Found 1 I liked, Went to purchase but the postage was nearly $20 and higher than I had budgeted for. I had used a code for a free chocolate which was on the home page of the site VDAY24. Once saw the postage and new total owed, I closed the page and thought I would check other options. I am now back within budget" click back to the site to complete the order "code doesnt exist" , copy and paste the code to be sure "code doesnt exist" , close the page and reload and try again "code doesnt exist" Pop up from a live chat appears, i click it and type my message... wait...wait..wait... speak with Rowena "Code works for me, try again" I try again, same thing. I reply advising... wait...wait you cant use 2 codes 1 for the chocolate and 1 for the discount.. Removed the chocolate code and added the Facebook code, same rejection "code doesnt exist" Firstly, I had the chocolate code on original order, and second that is not the rejection code being received ...it says "doesnt exist". Complete waste of time (over an hour), with little assistance or care. What a shame. What a waste of time. Will look somewhere else. I suggest training staff to prompty offer a new code if one is failing so much, or update your rejection codes if it was due to 2 codes being used (which is wasnt because code FB10AC* still failed when I removed VDAY24 code) and uspdating your social media pop ups to ensure the code provided actually works.

DO NOT USEI ordered a hamper for a staff member who was leaving their position. Order was placed in plenty of time. Staff member has now long left and I still don’t have their ‘goodbye’ hamper. Customer service is non existent. AVOID ordering with them and save your money Show details
AVOID - ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSEI only wish I'd seen all these bad reviews before I ordered. All the same issues happened in my case plus the added difficulty of being the UK and the time difference made it almost impossible to try and sort anything out. Australian Post/Open Freight are dishonest, said they tried to deliver twice but each day my son was working from home and no-one called! Hampers with Bite firstly need to select a different and honest delivery method and then they need to sort out their awful customer service. I emailed countless times but NEVER received... Only interested in your moneyHi, For weeks now I have been asking for someone (manager) from your business to contact me to discuss how you failed to deliver on promise for the hampers we ordered to be delivered at Xmas. You followed up with us nearly every day (bordering on harassment) until we placed the order... We ordered hundreds of hampers and now that there is a problem, you dont seem to have anyone available to get back to me. Customer Service is non-existentOur company ordered variety of hampers for our clients, 33 in total and had them delivered to our office so we could deliver them personally. 11 of the hampers were more expensive and also were the last to arrive, EIGHT of them had been substituted for hampers $10 cheaper. NO ONE from their customer service reached out to advise us OR offer an $80 refund.
It's understandable that it's a busy time and things go out of stock, but no attempt was made to contact us, and now that I'm trying to contact them, the Account Manager we were assigned is ... Read morenot replying to my emails (5 sent), no one picks up when calling them/calls me back after leaving messages, their "live" chat takes upwards of 1.5hours to reply and has not been able to help in any way. The part that is most disappointing is the fact that if we got these hampers delivered directly to the clients, we would have had no idea that they swapped our selections out for cheaper options. Such a poor way to conduct business. We are still waiting on a response from their customer service.

Do not use this companyHampers with Bite has to be the most incompetent firm I have ever across of. We engaged them to send Xmas hampers to our key clients - they firstly got the all the address labels wrong and then didn't include our personalised card so clients had no idea who had sent them their hamper. Despite numerous calls and emails, including liaising extensively with their "customer service manager", they still have not rectified the situation which now occurred 4 weeks ago despite assuring us repeatedly that they would contact all clients immediately to explain their errors and resend another gift to them. Would someone return my emails?
I ordered a hamper and was advised it would be dispatched on Mon 24th November, to which that is not even a date. Was it dispatched Mon 23rd or Tues 24th?
I have enquired 3 times now, sent 3 emails, as to what date it was dispatched and have had no reply.
I have also asked for a tracking number, which was promised via email on dispatch.
I needed the hamper ASAP as told.
If it has not been dispatched. I have asked to cancel the order. As what it was intended for has passed, and is not required anymore.
