Poor customer experience avoid, much better hamper companies who actually deliver

I don't know what's happened to this company, I used them before about 2 years ago and they were great now their customer service email bounces and they do not respond. Order did not arrive it has taken me 3 days to get hold of someone, order still has not turned up after being told it was due for delivery last Weds. Tracking is a joke. Missed the occasion the hamper was for. Extremely disappointed. Worried that any Perishable items will not be safe once it does arrive. Show details

Did not turn up in time for Mothers Day

Ordered a Mothers Days gift on the 5th May . My mother received this the day AFTER Mother’s Day . I have contacted customer service and have not heard anything from the company for three business days . The annoying thing is I paid $20 freight and their website guaranteed it would arrive ! Show details

Do no use this company!!!!

I'm disappointed by this company's false advertising on delivery times and the unhelpful staff. There have been no updates on a hamper ordered two weeks ago. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Poor delivery and customer service

I ordered an hamper to take as an housewarming gift. Ordered two weeks before the event. Standard shipping says latest 3 business days to deliver. My order has been in transit for over 7 business days now and it’s being delivered from Brisbane to Coopers Plains only 14km between the two suburbs! The $20 delivery fee is an absolute ripoff. I haven’t received the hamper and the housewarming is tomorrow (a Saturday). Customer service was no real help. What an absolute waste of money. Would never order again or recommend to anyone.

Failed to deliver on 3 different aspects of order

Family member overseas ordered a hamper for me to be delivered on a particular day and gave authority to leave, but delivery was attempted 2 days late and was not delivered. No card was left with details of where it was brought to so I had to follow up with them. They charged an exorbitant $35 for shipping on top of the hamper price, and failed on 3 different aspects of the order so will be recommending anyone I know not to use them. Very disappointing for my family member who tried to do something nice and this company is happy to take their money without delivering on their promises. Show details

Slow delivery no comunication

Had bothing but trouble with delivery
Ordered hamper 9 days ago told 2 to 3 days for delivery we are still waiting , i have made so many phone calls they dont answer emals send a delivery time nothing arrived so i rang the freight company who didnt even receive the hamper yet , and so it goes on it was a birthday present which has long passed i will never order again from this company Show details

Poor delivery experience

Beautiful hampers

Beautifully wrapped gifts. Booked for a certain date to arrive for my sister's 30th, & it arrived on time, they would have got 5 stars but they accidentally sent the wrong hamper.
However they made up for this by sending the right one after I had contacted them. Great customer service/support. Show reply

Non delivery of hamper as promised by the date

I ordered a hamper for my Aunty and was advised it would be delivered by the 4th April. This has not happened and no one has sent me a tracking email. Very disappointed being her 82nd birthday.

Would someone return my emails?
I ordered a hamper and was advised it would be dispatched on Mon 24th November, to which that is not even a date. Was it dispatched Mon 23rd or Tues 24th?
I have enquired 3 times now, sent 3 emails, as to what date it was dispatched and have had no reply.
I have also asked for a tracking number, which was promised via email on dispatch.
I needed the hamper ASAP as told.
If it has not been dispatched. I have asked to cancel the order. As what it was intended for has passed, and is not required anymore.
