I booked this company for a short local move specifically because I needed assistance with moving and reinstalling a washing machine, as well as reassembling my bed. These requirements were clearly communicated before booking. After the move, the… Read more
washing machine leaked due to the tap connection not being tightened properly. A licensed plumber confirmed this was the cause. I was advised by the company to contact a plumber rather than having them return, and they later declined responsibility despite the issue resulting from the installation.
In addition, although my bed was reassembled, I had to re-tighten all fittings myself as it had not been secured properly.
If you require appliance installation or furniture assembly, I would strongly recommend clarifying exactly what level of responsibility the company will accept before booking, or considering an alternative provider.

This was an extremely poor and frustrating experience with Easy Pease Removalists. They arrived with a truck that was completely inadequate for the job, forcing us to finish the move ourselves using our own trailer. This is basic planning failure. Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged during the move, and despite repeated follow-up, two weeks later I have still received no response about how this damage will be rectified.
On top of this, they damaged the walls and then refused to properly repair them, offering only to patch holes rather than repainting the damaged areas.
The service was careless, poorly managed, and unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend Easy Pease Removalists to anyone.
Camilo was fantastic to deal with — on time, efficient and incredibly friendly. He had such a positive attitude throughout the whole move and went above and beyond to help us, even taking the time to remove a shelf so we could get our fridge into the new house. request and pictures in advance, and they assured me their team had the right tools and expertise to handle it and they will bring the manuals with them.
On moving day, the team arrived unprepared, without the manuals or proper tools. They ended up using our tools and tape, and the process of uninstalling and reinstalling the beds was much slower than expected. One mover also took multiple bathroom breaks, further delaying the work. The job, which was initially supposed to take four hours, ended up taking six hours, and because they charge by the hour, we had to pay for the extra time.
I raised my concerns during the move, pointing out that I had done everything on my part, but there was no follow-up, apology, or effort to address the issue after the payment was made. For a professional moving service, the lack of preparation, efficiency, and customer care was very disappointing.
Follow-up · No followup . No contact has been made. Basically they dont think they did anything wrong on their part. At the time of inquiry they were really nice and accommodating. But when the service is delivered they were late. Deliberately make the work late. Moreover didn’t bring the tools and no effort was made to rectify the issue. No apologies were made. For what could have been a difficult move it definitely was "easy peasy". Moving from a 3 level town house to a high rise apartment where the lifts are over 50 meters from the loading dock the boys were never fazed. They were prompt, strong and polite and made the move a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company. Show reply
From the booking process to delivery, I could not be happier with the service. Absolutely brilliant and made a stressful process moving an 3 bedroom interstate seamless. Pick up and delivery were spot on time and Santiago, Jimmy and Jose were extremely professional and nothing was a problem for them. . Do NOT use this company. Spend your hard earned elsewhere . Quoted 4hours to move a 2 bedroom townhouse with no lounge, dining table or chairs , no fridge . for a job . They broke an expensive marble side table , admitted they picked it up wrong , proceeded to tell me their boss has agreed to cover it under insurance . It was flatly denied under some clause “ Marble is not covered in a move “ ! So they through neglect they can break your marble anything and hide behind a dumb clause . Saw it after they left that they also broke my BBQ side table by lifting it from the side tables and not the unit itself ! Because I never saw it until after the event , guess what ? No cover on that either ! All in all a horrible short relocation that took a day and broken items not replaced or compensated for . Was offered $100 for the $700 marble side table . Never again with this mob . To add salt to our wound , we noticed a slight chip on the new marble bench , again all too late to report .

am told after the 2 hours minimum charge, it will be charged per min based on the actual move time, but when the job finished, the staff told me it is based on every 15 min slot, what they advised is different from reality, email proof attached. 2. No wrap nor protection was provided to the items, a few of my stuff end up with dirt which they don’t seem to care or notice, pictures attached. 3. The removalists were slow, spend time on coffee, phone (apparently not job related) and went toilet for 5 mins (yes I timed it), I believe an extra 15-30 mins was spend on all these activities.

Prompt & Professional Removalists – Easy Peasy were professional, efficient, well priced and accommodating. Due to a miscommunication between my old/new apartments, my moving date had to be shuffled multiple times and the team accommodated this happily. Would definitely use them again.
Ruined furniture – At first we were very happy with the quality of customer service and professionalism we received over the phone with estimates and scheduling. unacceptable. When paying for a service to have professionals move personal items I expect a level of care. The gentlemen apologized and then continued to work. Upon arriving at our new house some pieces furniture seemed dirty and upon closer inspection we realized that our guest bedroom mattress only 8 months old had dirt and tears on all 4 corners. When brought to Easy Peasy's attention they denied that it was their fault and basically called us liars. It would be one thing to apologize and try to make everything okay but that's not the route this company chose to take. Thankfully our apartment had video surveillance of the garage and we have the footage to prove neglect on their part. We now have to go down the legal route over something that could have been rectified with human decency and care.

Professional and Fair - highly recommended – Have used Easy Peasy and couldn't recommend them enough. The team was very communicative from booking to the day I was moving; the guys who helped were on time, professional, and took care of my personal belongings (and even though they dealt with a few flights of stairs, they were always smiling and in a good mood). men: $869.00 The move comprised a truck with a ramp and a rear lift. A driver plus 2 men. I was invoiced for $914.70.
I returned from interstate in December 2022 and again requested a quote from Easy Peasy Removals to move the same contents back to my house in Port Melbourne. They provided an estimate of $990.00 for an 8 tonne truck with a lift/ramp + 2 men. They said they allowed 5 hours, as my move in 2021 took just under that time. I did not obtain other quotes and accepted their estimate in good faith, as this was an identical move to last time.
This time, an 8 tonne truck arrived with no ramp, no lift and only 2 men. Of course, the moving was slower. I received an invoice for $1380.00 When i complained to their operations manager about the almost 40% increase in cost over the estimated amount, I was met with a barrage of excuses. And no good-will offer of any refund.
I also felt the company had a disregard for the health and safety of their employees. Having a truck without either a ramp or a lift meant that these two young men had to strain themselves considerably, lifting some of my heavier items of furniture onto and off the truck.
