Gotta say, as we are already traveling I thought there is no way we would be able to get cover for my trip. But getting my policy was easy as and as we are touring asia without a return date set just yet, I can’t stress how happy I was to find out that I can also extend my policy even though we are overseas… you guys saved the day. I didn't think an insurance app would be useful – The covermore travel app was... useful. I know they always say be careful swimming and stuff but I picked up a skin infection (yuck) while traveling asia. Anyway I didn't have good mobile coverage so I used the app to call insurance and figure out what to do. It took out a couple days off my fun but I was back to adventuring fast enough to still enjoy the trip. The covermore app helped upload all the stuff for my claim to be processed really fast. My mum bought the policy so I guess I have her to thank and I'll have to get it for all my future holidays.

COMPLETELY MISLEADING – BEWARE - In Easy travel insurance PDS it states if you want to be covered for motorcycle or moped riding you need to have an Australian Motorcycle license OR an Australian Driver's license. mis-leading. This PDS states you can have one OR the other, you don't need both. They advised this was a list of what was required. I pointed out that stating you need something OR something else, was not a list, it's an option. Was told I could take out the police and take the risk and argue the point if a claim was made.

Saving The Day – OMG - Forgot to get cover before I left and found this cover by looking at the Find an Insurer website and still got cover even though I was already in Munich. Easy Claims Process – Putting in an insurance claim was a very straightforward process. There was even a video on the claims site to show you how to do it. Tip Top - No complaints or problems – I have used them every year for 7 years now, buying an Annual Multi Trip policy. I have never claimed but have been in strife a few times and called the emergency assistance and received help with replacement travel documents from the embassy in the UK.
