enquired about the loyalty points system and was told that the points are not redeemable or valuable to the customer. They are just used by Eat now to see how frequently you use the app A very strange approach to business in a competitive sector. Will no longer be using Eatnow.

No delivery and safety concerns – I placed an order for food delivery. The order status changed to delivered, however it was not delivered. address as I was concerned about a stranger receiving an order with a receipt containing my full name, address and phone number. They advised they have no contact with the courier and could not do that. I reiterated concerns about my safety and asked them to contact the courier as the privacy policy states that they do collect phone numbers from their drivers. they acknowledged the frustrating situation and said they will do better, I asked how they will ensure that peoples names and addresses are not given to strangers in the future then said they cant change the outcome and closed the chat.

Not Impressed. 1/5 – MenuLog is dreadful. Eat Now used to be excellent. MenuLog is not a patch on Eat Now. No pictures of meals, no description of what the dishes consist of - just a name e.g. "Chicken - with sauce". "Chicken - no sauce." A 4 year old child could do better. Consistent, food app of my choice – This is my go to for ordering online. Mostly I pick food up, it's just the ease of being able to order while I'm out and about. ordered pizza, chinese, indian and thai from various places, and tend to use the same ones. I find the app or browser version really easy to use too.

bad service and over charged – I made an order for Chinese. It took nearly 2 hrs to get all the food was Luke warm or cold. The hole meal was worth $76 they charged $101. this is the worst company I have ever used never again.

overcharged me for pizza – so the story is I ordered online at speedypizza Braybrook, VIC via eatnow. I was charged 17.90 and when i got at restaurant saw their menu it was priced 14.90. care about issues like this which are critical for image of the company. eatnow employee is asking me the proof or photo of the menu even though speedypizza is their business partner and its only a phone call away. I would think eatnow would have an urgency to fix issues like this but apparently not.

System worked but order was wrong – Pretty happy with the process but the restaurant probably didn't read order properly. Got the wrong pizza but did make up a new one and deliver it when I rang.

Not impressed – I made an order for delivery and received confirmation but a long time later my food had not arrived. I rang the restaurant who had not received the EatNow order. They cooked and delivered my food quickly and added a couple of extra items to make up for my disappointment.

Poor experience - poor customer service – I made an order to collect. The order was accepted and my card was debited, SMS and emails received. The restaurant it was closed. EatNow site if a restaurant is open - they hung up on me. No response to emails either. Offered a meagre $5 credit as compensation - which they admitted they forgot to process.

Driver doesn't read instructions before delivery – This village has 2 entrances. Jones Rd and Kenthurst Rd. Driver went to Kenthurst rd although the address stated Jones Rd. Consequently food was only warm. She got here eventually. Must have read instructions. Show details

Fast food? 2.5hrs later – Honestly people are using you to get food quickly perhaps don’t take payment if you can’t deliver a service. Other apps at least give you progress updates on the status of your order EatNow seems content with taking the payment clip and offering literally no value add. Show details
