multiple deliveries recently where the seal on the meal is broken and contents have spilled into the box. The quality of the food has been getting worse, with the sausages in particular seeing a decrease in quality and taste.

As of this morning, I am expecting a delivery from them today, normally I receive an SMS the previous business day advising it's on its way - today I've received nothing. So is my order coming today or not? I don't know.

Honestly, I'm very very very disappointed. I've been a regular customer for a long while now, and I'm bitterly disappointed at the direction this is going.

Why didn't I find these sooner!? – I admit, I've tried most calorie counted meal companies available - Lite n Easy, Youfoodz, Macros, MuscleChef and ChefGood to name a few. All of them had their issues that made me switch away - for example, swapping out their ingredients for lower quality/lower and higher calorie, meals that weren't filling or had very little meat despite protein… Read more ·  1

Believe me when I say I thought the St. Food Co pictures were too good to be true, but given their variety of both above and below 400cal meals, I just had to try them. Let me tell you - both my hubby and I are Seriously impressed. The meals Actually DO look like their glamor shots. I write this as I tuck into a roast chicken meal - with not one but Two tenderloins (yes Actual tenderloins) with gravy, roast pumpkin, a whole carrot, peas and three mini roast potatoes - at a mere 306 calories? Where has this company been all my life?!

Their customer service is swift and knowledgeable - if you have a question the service team don't know, they will go and find you the answer. Our order arrived exactly when it was supposed to. There really aren't any contracts or tricks or traps. The meals can be frozen without losing anything in quality - they aren't full of water and everything we've tried is delicious. Everything you see on their site is exactly as it's described and presented.

We can't wait to order again. Please, St.Food Co, Never change!

to find something more satisfying, I stumbled on The St. Food Co and I’m so glad I did. I am so impressed with the quality of the food. The portion sizes are perfect, and unlike some of other other brands I mentioned, there is actually a signify amount of protein included in the meals, and it’s great quality too. The meals are the tastiest and most enjoyable I’ve tried so far and the online ordering process is easy.

I really hope The St. Food Co doesn’t go the way of Youfoodz because the quality of the food here is magnificent and I love the fact that you can order individual meals. The discount codes that are often available also make it great value. As long as these remain true, I will be a customer indefinitely.

Most meals are delicious, it's just a little on the expensive side and they don't offer free shipping like some other brands. But I order every time they have a sale. Show details ·  1

Lost 50% off my order due to expired food – Food was alright but it all expired in less than a week, the expire date was 7 days after the food arrived...had to scoff the food and dump what wasn't eaten, freezing it dramatically affects the quality

Terrible x 2 – Food not delivered. No reply to emails asking where the order was. Asked for refund but no reply despite refund being completed. Sent a email asking to review product.

I’m obsessed with St Food Co! This is hands down the best meal prep service I’ve ever tried — and trust me, I’ve tried them all. reliability and simplicity of having great meals ready to go, but it seems that they will stop delivery services by the end of the month. So disappointing.

My husband and I have tried countless ready-made meals, but St. Food Co is by far the most flavourful. The portions are generous, protein-packed, and not watery like many other brands. Great flavours and decent serves with a good amount of protein unlike some other prepared meals. I freeze meals and find sauces end up a bit thick/gluggy and, as with all prepped meals, rice is a bit overcooked. Delivery was very good and meals arrived well packed and chilled. Show details ·  1

Satisfied Shift Worker – Wonderful genuine food. In contrast to some other meal services, these meals appear to have more complete, whole ingredients. As a shift worker with young children, I need to have easy meals on hand when I am pressed for time. The one thing I wouldn't get again is the teriyaki chicken since it was a bit gristly, but everything else I've tried has been excellent. Only downside is how much I miss the Hainanese chicken that used to be on the menu!

delivered out side the times the courier stated to me and the gates were closed so throw my food over the fence. All complaints I raised with St food co about delivery issues is always responded by St food co emailing me there delivery policy which conveniently states there not liable for any delivery issue and St food co don't even try to address any problems. Don't order from St food co if you live in any other State in Australia except the state they are based in. Sadly for me I won't order from them again . Gave them many many chances but to no avail
