have placed the order. Because of this failure, we were forced to buy another gift at the last minute so that my 90-year-old father would have something to open on Christmas Day. Battling heat and crowds on Christmas Eve is not something anyone should be pushed into due to misleading delivery promises. We have been unable to reach anyone on the customer service number. Hello, I just bought 2 visual art diaries. The paper is ABSOLUTELY crap! It doesn’t take any water or wet media AT ALL. It just absorbs immediately. I’ve used cartridge before for watercolor & of course it’s not designed for watercolor, but in most cases it works. Of course it’s not as good as Arches but I wouldn’t expect that. I have found them to be reliable – Reading other reviews here, I have to say I have always recieved my orders quickly, and in full. The products are wonderful. don't realise they would be over if they actually spoke to all their customers with their ignorant communication skills and severe lack of giving a dam.
Overpriced everything – Misleading pricing practices. Arches paper is the best example. Not only is a single sheet $3 more than anywhere else, but the half price promotions are, in fact, half off the price they make up for the week. I checked across numerous sites - the RRP of an Arches WC block is $129, Eckersleys will claim it as $180. I and other artists, art teachers, etc, won’t go near them. Problem is they are everywhere now
Rediculous customer 'service' – I received a gift that needed returning as I have a set of the pencils already. The customer service phone number was answered by a staff member who wanted to email me instead, and seemed to resent having to speak to a customer. I had the packing slip with my name and address. they "didn't know if I was the actual owner". How else would I have a packing slip with my name on?
I wouldn't expect an understanding of property law but I would expect some simple common sense and some vague semblance of a consumer orientation. I'll be avoiding this company like the plague in future - and this should serve as a warning of anyone who thinks about buying presents through their site.

other companies things I needed and I got them in my house after one week. I would not recommend this art shop. I do deal with online orders and I know it Is difficult time now and we do always look after our clients. It’s No from me.
Do not shop online store – Placed a online order (8 x watercolour brushes) and they sent me 1 x random brush from a different brand. Sent multiple emails and tried to call customer service for a refund with no reply. The absolute worst customer service do not shop here!
