of new boards "they even got that wrong supplying gloss boards to satin floors " once installed. cracking still happening and cupping everywhere. Then they told builder not enough joints to allow expansion, so more joints went in still the issues appearing. We were told house had been flooded. Next was we had washed the floor with wrong product. still same problems Then they blamed the installer only to find it was installed as per their instructions. instructions have since been changed. Now 4 years later they still say when you call them it's ok to wash with anything and it's a no problem product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE US .

Samples show a grain - the actual is flat and cheap looking – I purchased these for a complete apartment reno based on the beautifully textured sample in store. flat, dull and frankly cheap looking they were which confused me as the box labelling was correct. The installer had laid three quarters before I found the original sample and on comparing, saw that indeed the delivered boards did not have a grain but were actually just a print, unlike the sample I had based my purchase on. Eco Flooring sent out a Rep. who informed me that there was no grain as the delivered laminate boards are new and eventually a grain will magically appear. What a ludicrous concept - I am sure this will bring plenty of amusement in the flooring sector. Needless to say, I would never have purchased these boards based on what was delivered. Save yourself the stress and don't buy this brand.
