THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM – DO NOT AGREE TO ACCEPTING ORDERS FROM THEM & DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP WHEN THEY SAY YOU HAVE A BULK DEAL WITH THEM! They'll ask you to confirm the order via phone & record, then use this as an evidence to get your money. These guys charge $270 for ONE cartridge (never heard of the brand we received) which costs less than $100 (this was the price for the genuine Samsung brand through their supplier).

Terrible DO NOT buy from them – Poor Customer service Slow delivery. I was waiting more than one month. Staff was not even apology for the inconvenience caused when I called up.

Fraud! – Have to agree with the other reviews , 1st we get tricked into ordering products that none of my staff remember even ordering, then they send out more ink that i told them directly we did not want !

Customers please don't mistake this company for Byron Bay Eco Ink! This company is not the bad guy! – This company is legit! People please don't confuse this company with Byron Bay Eco Ink! We used Byron Bay Eco Ink and they keep sending us orders, we cannot contact them as they do not answer to any source of communication and they do everything that people have given this company bad reviews for. Does the job nicely! – As an environmental studies student - Ecoprint seemed like the natural choice. They’ve also saved me money, delivered super quickly when needed and the inks are as good as original inks. Will keep using these guys. Show reply

Excellent Product and Service – The product is as good as the original. Been using Ecoprint toners and drums for sometime now and been very happy and the company's saving money. The toner does not leave black powder on the machine and just great. unethical and pushy – told me our managers order had arrived. we don't deal with them and never had an order! unethical and dishonest. clearly looked up boss name on internet and tried to scam us. wrong!

Dodgy selling practices – The company makes you feel as if you are in a contract and obliged to keep ordering despite no contract being in place. previous staff members have been pushed into buying. when I took over the job role, they told me i still had orders i needed to fulfill and it was all agreed upon before with the last manager. by x months on the request of (previous manager) and effectively that I had to fulfill the order. They assured me there was only one order left and it would be the last time and I begrudgingly ordered, believing i was under contract but they assured me it would be the last one needed and was done and dusted. I felt very pressured. The staff are very nice on the phone but they really pressure you. they also offered me gift cards They called again 6 months later with the same story, it would be the last time needed to order, this was agreed upon before blabla. I told the lady that I didn't need any and to send me the contract so I could review it. She said they don't really do contracts, so i declined buying! She has been calling me every few months trying the same tactic and I have repeatedly told her to stop calling me and if i need anything i will call them.

I would not recommend this company at all. Super predatory selling tactics. Read the other reviews, its not just me.

COLD CALLING SCAM – i have never dealt with this company however they just called asking where to send a Woolworths voucher for rewarding our previous custom. then she mentions there is a rolling new order of toner on the way to us in the next 10 days for our Brother Printer......hmmmm i have never ordered from these guys nor do i have a contract for future delivery.… Read more

Friendly & Responsive – Evie from Eco print is lovely and very helpful. Delivery is fast, and they offer the option if we get a new brand of printer to replace our existing unused ink to suit the new printer, which i think is great. Evie checks in every month or so to see if we need anything else. Prices seem reasonable too. Thanks eco print :) Show reply

Best Service – I have been dealing with Eco Print Supplies for the past 7 years. The service Eva provides is wonderful and she is always helpful. The products have always been the best. informed that a contract was in place for toners. I've informed them that I no longer need any and still they keep calling and sending toners, or which can't be returned. I've asked for a copy of the "contract" however as expected there is nothing in place. I'm now told there is no contract in place, and they have cancelled the "rolling order". They were ok to deal with once you speak to Manager.

Zero stars! – DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR LIES! The customer service clerks are as nice as pie, however are confusing as hell. trial pack, and then send bills for $400 plus. When I ask them for clarification, they can never answer my questions in detail and say they'll forward an email, but all they forward are invoices! Go with another company!!!!

Quality Long-lasting Cartridges – We have been a customer with Eco Print for a few years now and their cartridges are great quality and last for ages in our Brother printer. Evie checks in regularly with us which is a great reminder. Fast service and the vouchers are a lovely bonus too.

Great! – These guys are great. I have Evie who checks in with me which is great as I am hopeless at restocking and always run out and if your printer is like ours and stops if only one color is out ( super frustrating if you ask me!) this recall systems works great. We have recently updated our printer also and the new price to match it is excellent against RRP thank you Ecoprint.

Great Service & Quality Product – Have been more than happy with EcoPrint over the many years we have supplied us with cartridges for our printers. We have tried a few different supplies but EcoPrint cartridges seem to last longer and produce a quality print. We have dealt with the customer service team and the accounts team who are both understanding of our needs and have never been pushy in sales. A very cost-effective option for a quality product

cheap quality cartridges – We have been a customer with Eco Print for over 3 years now and we have had nothing but great customer service with prompt delivery. Their cartridges are of high quality and last a long time, they are cheaper than Officeworks by almost $10 per cartridge. Thanks Kassandrah

I deal with Evie and can highly recommend her to deal with, Evie is very easy to deal with and fantastic at her job. Printer cartridges – We at the Eagle Tavern have been dealing with Emma from Eco-Print for a few years now - Emma is great - & I would strongly recommend this company. I have had no problems with the service or quality of products received.

last year and was informed that a contract was in place for toners. I've informed them that I no longer need any and still they keep calling and sending toners, or which are $1000 per invoice yet can't be returned. I've asked for a copy of the "contract" however as expected there is nothing in place. I'm now told there is no contract in place, but I can't return any toners. I have about 17 toners in stock for a BROTHER MFC 9335.

If anyone is truly keen on reducing toner wastage, let me know! I've got plenty that are still sealed and ready to go!

cartridges without hassle – I've been buying my toners from this company for a few years. What I love is that I can ring and order whenever I want and they are delivered quickly and efficiently. No more running out of toner for us!

Scammed – This company are full of lies and deceit. realising it isn't "FREE". They won't let you return them. They could not have been nicer, all while they are scamming me. Then they scam you again a few months later and say that you are obligated to buy more cartridges for a certain amount of time (think it's about 5 or 6 orders) before you can tell them you no longer want them. 3 cartridges just arrived and the invoice for these was just under $1000. Have emailed them just now and will let you all know how I go about not paying for this invoice.
