Does not alkalinise water – CAN'T RATE ZERO SO HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR! Hopefully anyone looking for this function sees my review and doesn't purchase the jug... pH test strips before and after filtering are completely identical - both at 6.0 (acidic) whereas the marketing claims filtered water will be alkaline (8-8.5). I would've been happy with neutral but absolutely no change means I just wasted my time and money on a useless product :(

Great concept - needs help with design – I like that this jug promises to remove fluoride. I don't know how much it removes, but any is better than what comes out of the tap. I like the lift up flap to fill. But design of jug is such that if there is any water in the upper reservoir, it will spill into the filtered water reservoir below, polluting your filtered water with unfiltered.

Additionally, the lid broke twice. I replaced the lid once, and it broke again. Great concept, poor execution.

Great tasting water and friendly customer service – Bought this online and received the the product within 2 days. Love the taste of the filtered water, worth the value. It is very straight forward and easy to use. I will definitely keep using it! Also, the customer service was friendly and helpful while I rang them on the phone.
