mattress time to soften and contour to my body. My previous mattress was quite old so it had softened a lot. My back is just rebelling to a firmer mattress.

Haven’t had a decent night sleep in years with my other mattress brought the ecosa cooling mattress haven’t had any back ache and am enjoying a full night sleep due to the comfort of the mattress would highly recommend. Very comfortable. Yes, it’s firm, but not uncomfortable at all. Once you have a mattress protector and a sheet covering the mattress, you can’t really feel the coolness so much, but maybe the bed is slightly cooler than it otherwise would be (?) Sleep like a log, in any case! Show details ·  1

Absolutely LOVE this mattress. I wanted to upgrade from a queen size bed and decided to get the king size bed and the CoolComfort Mattress as I am often 'hot' when sleeping. The CoolComfort Mattress provided a cooling effect to touch, but unfortunately was too hard for us. Although rated medium to firm it was on the firm side - like sleeping on the floor. after 3 nights of little to no sleep we knew we couldn't keep the mattress. We were encouraged to keep it for a minimum of 2 weeks. 2 weeks was too much without sleep, eventually we got topper to help with the comfort and this made a massive difference. Show details

The mattress’s firmness is comfortable. We are surprised how cool it feels. We bought it in (Brisbane) winter, and it was too cool for us. We are now using a woollen topper, which works well. In summer we will probably appreciate how cool it feels. Too early to say whether it will sag. Show reply

I made the best decision in choosing an Ecosa Cool Comfort mattress. My husband feels a noticeable difference and we fall asleep a lot faster. My knees and hips feel a lot less pain and I truly recommend to anyone who is after a mattress to get one from Ecosa. Give yourself some to adjust to it and I promise you, you won't regret it. Coolcomfort Mattress is really cool. However we have found the mattress to be firmer than an standard medium mattress. The Ecosa team are now sending us an plush topper to offset the firmness. Fingers crossed. Overall Ecosa has some great products including their bed sheets Show details ·  1

Firmer than I am used to but got used to it after a couple of weeks and now find it very comfortable and supportive. My husband thinks it’s really comfortable too. Not able to comment on the cool comfort aspect as I use a mattress protector. Show details ·  1

Good: - Cooling top cover is indeed cooling - Comfortable softness etc - Easily broken down for cleaning Bad: - Insanely heavy, almost needed help lifting the corners to put sheets on - Top cover is ridiculously slippery, meaning fitted sheets don’t stay put no matter what. pocket fitted sheets help a little, it’s still an issue - It’s ugly. The top “cooling” section is just zipped onto the rest of the mattress, which gives it a weird mushroom-y look - It’s implied that returned mattresses are given to disadvantaged people directly, when in fact they’re given to Salvation Army (yuck!) to be sold for a profit

Omg this mattress is a dream. Firm but not too firm, cool and just amazing. No more back pain and my Garmin is finally telling me that I’m sleeping well! I love it. This mattress will not be going back in the first 100 days at all, it’s staying with us for many years to come.

Comfortable but not cool – Bed is comfortable but isn't really cool... disappointed with that. Yes I'm using bamboo sheets as suggested but the only time it feels cool it when there is no sheet on it and you just lay on the cooling fabric of the mattress. Score is for comfort not for cooling. It is cool – Does feel a lot cooler than the pure mattress, and sleeps comfortably. It is harder than the pure, but got used to it quickly and sleep better with the cool mattress temperature overall. Doesn't require a mattress topper, the top apparently comes off to machine wash. Show details ·  1

Very hard and uncomfortable – Very hard and uncomfortable, could not sleep on it for more than 3 nights. I’m pleased they offer the 100 night free trial the mattress was collected promptly.
