I use the pillow anytime I lay down. It is great for my lower back and pelvis by keeping them straight. The material is very soft and does not heat up even when I do. I would recommend to anyone with back or sciatica issues. Show details ·  1

The material is infact cool to the touch, when in use it does not trap heat at all. The ergonomic shape is a good fit for side sleeping. The only thing I would change is the width slightly so my knees are a little bit closer together when using it, but that's just personal preference. Show details ·  1

I started using the knee pillow as I was experiencing lower back pain and stiffness from spondylolisthesis and degenerative disc disease.This was happening in the morning when getting out of bed. There is a marked difference in my pain and stiffness since using the knee pillow. The pillow is very comfortable and I like that the pillow case can be removed for washing. Show details ·  1

Not as good as I had hoped - it's too deep for me. I would like if you could remove layers just like the pillows. I've given it to hubby. I'm now using one of my pillow layers between my knees! Show details

Effective at alleviated lower back pain by supporting neutral alignment in my lower legs when sleeping. A bit slippy so I placed it in a pillow cover. Could benefit from a strap to fix to one leg for greater ease of use. Show details

I’m having trouble sleeping due to knee and hip pain. This knee pillow does help when on my side, but I then need something under my knees when on my back. Other problem is the pillow gets lost during the night. Would be good if there was a strap or sleeve to keep it on. Show details

I'm a side sleeper so I purchased this pillow for support between my knees. I've since found out that I can use it to support my elbow following surgery. Super versatile, so don't think that you'd only have one use for it! Show details ·  1

Absolutely love this Cooling Knee Pillow. It’s comfortable, supportive, and genuinely helps keep my legs/hips aligned while I sleep. Super comfortable and doesn’t go flat between your knees like regular pillows. Also much easier to turn from side to side in bed without the pillow getting stuck on the bed linen. Show details ·  1
