I just love Ecosa pillows and recently bought a knee pillow after suffering from a sore knee and aching hips and back. The pillow is so comfortable and has significantly improved my aches and pains. I was worried that it might be difficult to keep in place but it moves with me as I sleep and I have only “lost” it once. It’s easy to put into a comfortable position and seems to just stay there. Not as good as I had hoped - it's too deep for me. I would like if you could remove layers just like the pillows. I've given it to hubby. I'm now using one of my pillow layers between my knees! Show details

Effective at alleviated lower back pain by supporting neutral alignment in my lower legs when sleeping. A bit slippy so I placed it in a pillow cover. Could benefit from a strap to fix to one leg for greater ease of use. Show details

I’m having trouble sleeping due to knee and hip pain. This knee pillow does help when on my side, but I then need something under my knees when on my back. Other problem is the pillow gets lost during the night. Would be good if there was a strap or sleeve to keep it on. Show details

This knee pillow is a god send. After being woken throughout the night with knee pain I was desperate to find something to help relieve the pain I was experiencing so I could sleep. This knee pillow is small and perfect for the job. The deep indent in the middle of the pillow ensures it stays where I place it.
