Not too happy….i have found it comfortable for reading but sleeping is a problem. I find I slip down and my back is not supported. The small wedge is good but the larger doesn’t support me. I have Barrett’s and a hiatus hernia, and I thought it would alleviate or manage my reflux symptoms as I sleep. Show details ·  1

Very supportive, versatile and well made. The cover is VERY cooling, which is great for summer but not so great now that we are coming into cooler weather. I purchased this pillow set as I was having elbow surgery. This made me feel so incredibly comfortable whilst I had a lot of time in bed recovering. I could sit up easily and felt it provided excellent back and neck support whilst I watched tv, ate and drank. Helps you sleep upright when you’ve had shoulder surgery. It needs to come with customised pillow cases though.

Perfect for sleeping post operation. The shape and different possible configurations were great. The half cylinder pillow for head was soft which was great for me. Only improvement would be more velcro to hold sections together. Show reply

Very comfortable and supportive - I bought this for post surgery recovery and it has been a lifesaver actually helping me stay cosy with limited mobility in bed. Being able to coordinate the pillows with easy Velcro detachments has been helpful for wanting to either lay down or sit up. The cooling is great too. The pillow is bigger than I expected and it does take quite some space on the bed. The pillow is helpful for reflux more than lying down as it is quite steep. The fabric gives me cooling feel, which may be a bit cold for winter. Show reply

I love my new pillow! Shipping was so fast and I’ve been able to fall asleep so quickly. The cooling sensation is just right. Only thing I would recommend is if Ecosa offered bigger pillowcase sizes to fit the wedge pillow. Show reply
