replacement, and the representative even intentionally used my legal name instead of my preferred name in emails to apply psychological pressure. Beware of their exhausting post-sale practices.

We finally upgraded from a queen to a king, and wanting to invest in a decent mattress without spending too much. This is my second ecosa mattress and the original is far better. I’ve only had this mattress for a month and have already thought about getting a different one. It’s a pretty ordinary spring mattress, nothing special for $700.

Mattress seems a bit thinner than what's in the pictures, but I suppose that's marketing for you. We ordered a medium mattress and it is still very hard around a month later, waking up sore most mornings sadly. We will probably take ecosa up on their free return and upgrade to a more expensive model. We initially brought the medium firmness mattress but decided to exchange for the plush firmness, which suits us much better. The whole process was super easy and the delivery was very fast. We initially ordered the Essence plush option, but the mattress is more firmer and less plusher than we had hoped. We provided feedback about this and the wonderful team were kind enough to organise a plush mattress topper and it is a game changer!! However, there was no action taken to address my issue around the firmness of the mattress apart from return and replacement, affecting the warranty service. Bought the Ecosa essence for the caravan. Van owners will know how bad normal van mattresses are. Perfect fit in ours. I’m 105kgs, my wife is around 60kgs, and we can barely feel each other turning over or getting out of bed. We got the ‘medium’ and it feels great for both of us. Price and quality is outstanding. I recently purchased this mattress. The balance between softness and support is just right—it cushions pressure points like my shoulders and hips while still keeping my spine aligned. Got the mattress with Medium firmness, not as firm as my old Ikea mattress, got neck and shoulder stiffness at the beginning but better sleep now after I adjusted my pillow and got used to it. clear. When I ordered online, the process was quick and the delivery was surprisingly simple. The warranty and change of mind safeguards are such a relief. The mattress runs on the firm side, so the medium was perfect. Loved loved loved that this had springs. An amazing bang for buck mattress!

I cannot rate the customer service and the mattress high enough. I got the plush one first and it wasn’t suited to me. It is slightly firmer than I was anticipating which took a little getting used to but now I have adjusted to it and it is very good. I think it's been better for my back as a result. Just a shame that the delivery experience was so terrible and the communication from Ecosa was so lacking (eg delayed, vague etc). Show details ·  1

We already have an ECOSA mattress which we LOVE and have had for 5 years now! So, it made sense to get 2 more for our guest bedrooms. They arrive rolled up so its easy to transport and once unpacked, it just fills up and is perfect! better! Removable covers for cleaning and such comfort! Get ready for a perfect nights sleep!! We have ECOSA pillows too (which is a lifesaver if you have neck issues) and we just got their silk pillowcases which is just so lush for my curls. We spend a third of our lives sleeping so we may as well sleep in comfort. I will never buy a different brand again!!
