It's a good mattress and appropriate height for a kid. For an adult cosleeping on it, it does feel a bit flat. Customer service and delivery from ecosa was fantastic. Show reply

This is a firm but comfortable mattress for our toddler at an affordable price! She’s slept very well through the night on her new mattress. Having reinforced edge support means she’s less likely to roll off or fall if she jumps on the mattress. Very happy with our choice. Show details ·  1

They smell terrible! I purchased the children's mattress and it stinks. realised it's the mattress. It smells like a rubbery chemical rotten smell. It's faint but enough to make the room smell bad. I have an ergoflex mattress myself (it's amazing), my other child has a koala mattress, I know the slight chemical smell you get initially and it's not that. I contacted ecosa and their response is it's past the trial period so too bad then they just wasted time with this robotic back and forth asking how they could help but doing nothing other than suggesting I air it and arguing I've made it smell. There is clearly something wrong with their manufacturing process for it to smell like this and my biggest concern is that chemical finishing does occur with mattresses to reduce fire risk etc and there's been some sort of manufacturing fault. The mattress is also very hard. There are much better products with better customer service.

We purchased the Ecose double mattress for our son and have been really impressed. From the start it was comfortable, with excellent packaging that made setup so easy—it rolled up compactly and rolled out perfectly. Simple to order. Amazing shipping times. The box it comes in was convenient as i had to unbox it myself. There was a cutting tool included to remove the plastic. Mattress is firm but comfortable for children. Unfolded out of the box easily and feels very soft. Would recommend for a firmer choice but if you prefer softer it may be too firm. Also haven’t had it long enough to determine long term wear. Show details

Fantastic kids matteess – Well...so far it's been amazing!! My 4-year old who always slept next to me has not budged from this mattress at nights! The only night she did was to sleep on the top bunk and so I then tried her mattress - it is great and I can see it lasting her childhood :) very happy. Loved the cool box delivery as well! Ok product, bad support – Product is good but man their post sales is terrible. I emailed support multiple times, no response. I also publicly reached out to them on Facebook to complain about my exp and given it was public, THEN they reached out to me via fb messenger which was still a lengthy convo (lengthy because they took forever to reply). Had I known this was the support, I would not purchase.
