I just purchased the new Ecosa plush mattress, I've never had such a more comfortable sleep, no more aching hips, I use to toss and turn all night, now I don't even recall if I turn from side to side at all. delivered, you take it out of the box and use it "wow this is great what a good financial decision my back feels so much better." Until a few months in and you notice something isn't right. You feel it sagging. "Is it just my imagination? This mattress is brand new?" You'll tell yourself. Can't be my bed frames fault because this thing is sturdy and made with solid slats. Then eventually you wake up and you can't breathe because your spine feels like it's been twisted like a damp tea towel and you have to strategically and slowly roll yourself off the bed and then once you get up and get moving the pain magically disappears.

You talk to your spouse and decide to change the layering to medium/firm and all is well, until one morning, weeks later, you wake up and feel like you've gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. "Oh my god what is wrong with me?" You will think to yourself. "I must be the problem this mattress is brand new!" And you convince your partner that we need to try firm.

So you try firm, and firm ain't lying. That thing is well firm. "Finally. Surely this is the correct setting for us, this cannot sag". Right?

WRONG! Guess whose spine feels like a stretched out slinky? Mine! And firm brings in the added benefit of making your hips hurt as well. I thought maybe I was sleeping weird and that's why my back started hurting so I encased myself so I could not move and slept in a good posture and still woke up feeling like I went through the rinse cycle.

Everything I have tried has failed and I am legitimate scared of doing permanent damage sleeping on this poor excuse for a mattress unless I rotate the thing and constantly change the layering from medium to firm which I would prefer not to do.

My old mattress was over 10 years old and cost me about as much as I paid for this ecosa foam yoga special and I never had a problem with it until it got old. 1 year is a joke. 6 months is a joke. 100 day trial is a joke because thats just how long it took to start showing problems.

Very impressed with the ecosa mattress. I was a bit hesitant for a mattress in a box, but I went and tried the mattress in person to be sure and I'm glad I went for the "Ecosa" compared to the other ones available. The mattress comes set to "medium firm" and the first 2 days I was worried it was going to be too soft. However after about 3 days my opinion changed and I haven't felt the need to change to the "firm" option.

If anything I've considered swapping to the "medium" side as it is quite firm on the "medium firm", but I'm loving it. I've slept so well, life changing.

There was no smell whatsoever and I've felt quite cool, no overheating (even with using the "ecosa waterproof mattress protector" that came with it.

The mattress is light and I'm able to move it by myself which is great. It doesn't sink in and has held its shape. I've only had it 1 month.

The mattress is also delivered compactly in one box with wheels which is handy.

Would definitely recommend to people who like a customisable option that's lightweight, and for a great price.

14 years old and I'd been asking for years for a new one. Mine was okay, like 90% the way to an ideal mattress, just a wee bit too soft for me. Enquired about the firm topper with every intention of purchasing it for myself, when they said they would send me a complimentary firm topper.

And I am sooooooo happy. We are both sleeping so much better. My back and neck no longer hurt, hubby snores less. Very happy.

Recent slipped disc - bad back.. bought a mattress to help (door to door delivery). Mattress went missing, found 6 days after supposed delivery date at local petrol station. Had to get trailer and collect myself. No accountability or regret- ECOSA must stop using allied express/ cochrane's transport. Show details

Mattress is okay but in hindsight I would have gone for something else given the price - I’m not usually a hot sleeper, but I found myself waking up several times during the night feeling overheated. When I contacted Ecosa, they suggested purchasing a cooling pad (an additional $100) to address the issue - fyi. Show details

Bought a mattress for my daughter as I love my Ecosa mattress. Unfortunately the one she chose was too soft for her but Ecosa exchanged it for a firmer mattress. I have chronic back pain issues & after research decided to give the ecosystem a go. The 100 day guarantee was an added bonus but I don’t think I am going to bed it.
