The staff at the Midland store were so helpful with deciding on the right mattress for our teenage daughter. Once at home and after a couple of weeks she decided it wasn't "cloud like" enough for her. Comfiest mattress ever. This mattress is letting me have the best best sleep in many years. Even on the much less frequent nights when I am restless, I no longer wake in the morning with stiffness and hip pain. We bought the medium/firm Pure Mattress, but have only tried the medium side. A friend had recommended Ecosa after trying a lot of options. We have had for 3 weeks and it has exceeded our expectations. My wife no longer has a sore back in the mornings (we may have been well overdue for a new mattress…). After four nights, the soft side was too soft, cannot feel the support. We flipped to medium. It was ok feel, body was sinking into the mattress. However the pillow in the package was not supported my neck. My neck feels pain after. I hope they can develop a supportive neck pillow to match with the comparatively medium to soft mattress. Show details

HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY !!!! AVOID !!! It doesn’t matter what their mattresses are like. Dealing and communicating with the company is HOPELESS. The only customer facing humans are Filipinos who speak scripted blather and know nothing and can’t solve anything.

You can either waste your time communicating with them via the phone service (when it works – but be prepared to stay on hold for half an hour before a recorded message tells you the phone service isn't currently available) or via email. Take your pick.

Their tracking page is never updated.

And this is for a very expensive mattress!!!

Given that I’m not the only one saying these things, it’s hard not to suspect there’s an intentional and cynical dimension. As I write, I’m still waiting for information that I was promised I’d be given by now.

I can only imagine how painful things might be if I try to send the mattress back under their 100 day return policy. A frightening prospect.

After discovering hundreds of reviews from people with similar experiences I cancelled the order.

So… AVOID. You're better off buying a mattress at a truck stop.

has helped (my last pillow I won’t even tell you how that was and I was determined to keep forever hah but I haven’t used it since) I’m super happy with the purchase, so much so we will be getting my son one and also one for the guest room. All in all, super comfy and deep sleeps!

I spent a while deciding between the Cooling Mattress and the Pure Mattress, and in the end I went with the Ecosa Pure because it just seemed like the better fit for me as a stomach sleeper. The springs and overall comfort feel really well balanced, and the quality is definitely noticeable. So far, it feels like the best choice for comfort and support, though I am still wondering if I might want a bit more firmness for my lower back pain over time.

Bought the mattress back in March 2026, still within the first month but no issues or concerns so far! Delivery person helped me get it to the upstairs bedroom (it’s quite heavy packaged) so that was very much appreciated! feels good and I appreciated the ability to change between two different feels (though it isn’t as easy, but it’s not even an option with other brands).

Overall I felt the purchase was good and thankfully no discernible back or neck pains whilst adjusting to the bed, let’s see at the 1 year mark!

We ordered the Medium Soft. It arrived in good time. I think the medium firm would suit us better (we are using the medium side up). It's still warm to sleep on but not as hot as the Eva mattress which we had previously. Show details ·  1

The fact that Ecosa allow their mattresses to be tested by Choice is a real win. I have always dreaded buying a new mattress because there was no way of comparing them. Now that I have the mattress is very comfy. I also recommend you pay the bit extra to have your old mattress carted away and properly recycled. Show reply

Happy so far. I think $1200 for an Australian made hybrid can’t be beaten. Unlike the other brands they have a showroom which was extremely helpful. It came the day after as promised. Show details ·  1

After taking the time to figure out which mattress was right for us, we have been very happy with our purchase. Our main reasons for purchasing this specific mattress were for my husband’s back pain and our old mattress being too firm. So far, our new mattress has been great and we have no complaints. For the first time in many years I woke up without a sore back in the morning. The bed was suffiently soft to stop me getting a sore shoulder as I am a side sleeper, but sufficiently firm that I don’t wake up with a sore back. Show details ·  1

I thought it would take a while to get used to my new mattress but after the first night I was sleeping better, less restless and wishing I had bought it months earlier. Struggled about picking a decent mattress. Had decided we didn't want a mattress in a box as the last one we got (other brand) didnt last and was sweatty. I did a lot of research and wound up going for the Ecosa Pure and I am so glad we did. It is so comfortable and keeps us cool during the hot Perth Summer.
