She's a very busy person, the text messages to say when the delivery was coming I sent to her so she could be home to recieve. She was absolutely thrilled. She really loved it. driver personally called me again to let me know that he was 20 minutes away. I really appreciated how kind, friendly and professional this company is. They took really great care of me and made my Valentines Day so special ❤️ the strawberries were genuinely so fresh and delicious as well!!

with the pick up location to have my order ready by the time I requested, the bouquet itself was in a large box wrapped in protective plastic with a ice block at the bottom to ensure longevity. The chocolate used in the product is divine and the strawberries are massive and sweet.

All in all a very wonderful experience from purchase to pick up.

Angela in customer service helped me straight away, and confirmed she had updated the address, and that the tracking would be updated for the new address as well. She was very lovely, and made the entire process on my side stress free. My friend adored the hamper, it was even more gorgeous in real life. Thanks guys!

fridge; it won’t be in the highest quality though”. There was no use by, or best before date on the cake package. The cake was from a bakery in South Australia. From Edible Blooms msm “we ensure our cakes are fresh when dispatched and can last for days. We just do not recommend putting it in the fridge as the texture will get dry and stale”. Contradictory advice

Shipping shows parcel was collected from West End, Brisbane, on Monday@3:47pm, spent all day Tuesday in Brisbane, overnight in Brisbane, and arrived today. Temperature in West End on Monday at 4pm was 28.4 degrees, Murrarie Tuesday 28 degrees, cake and chocolates sat during the day and overnight in high temperatures. The ice brick in the package had totally melted when delivered.

The cake was cut today, delivery day, it was dry, and stale, definitely not fresh. After 2 days in transit it was inedible. Very disappointing, definitely not value for money, nor fresh. I wouldn’t recommend

Despite my vague directions causing order to be unable be delivered, Edible Blooms made up a fresh hamper and resent this when I clarified address. My ailing friend in hospital was so appreciative. Thank you Edible Blooms!

Employed an Indian company to deliver the hamper, couldn't find a main artery road (Gooding Drive) so the item didnt get delivered - probably ate it before he got there ... thought cant find it ... yummo! No refund, no apology by either company - the edible blooms company nor the indian delivery company - what an absolute joke - $150 wasted - filled an indian gut

Very poor delivery in Brisbane on an extremely hot and humid day. Dropped 2 parcels at my front door when I was home and I didn’t hear anyone. My front door was open but the screen door closed. they collected their parcel. The parcels had food which needed refrigerating straight away and the freezer block with the parcels had melted by the time I realised there were parcels at my front door. One parcel was dropped out of sight but would have been sitting in direct sunlight. More care needs to be taken and the driver should at least attempt to ensure someone is at home - especially when the door is open!!

Not at all impressed with the delivery service - and as it is Christmas time I was disappointed with melted goodies!!

Don't waste your money. My husband organised a gift basket for me for our anniversary. When ordered the website clearly stated delivery before 3pm. I work in a school so he felt assured I would receive it prior to the school day ending at 3. He received a notification at 1pm that delivery would be between 3pm and 5. advise that delivery after 3pm would be too late as no body would be there. They responded with "if we knew it was a school we would have organised delivery earlier". When my husband ordered their system automatically filled in the address as a school. Their response was to give him a gift voucher to use in the future. If you are going to advertise something on your website you should stand by it and deliver. Why would we use a gift voucher in the future only to be disappointed. The goods were never received, a full refund should have been provided. The item ordered was over $200. Disgraceful.

companies) they say yes but then put you at the bottom of a 9 delivery list which started at 12:30pm.. gg. Why didn't it go out earlier?? I got a notification the night before it was packed and ready from shopify. The location was in Sydney North metropolitan area.. The delivery run I was put on was a long ass list that went to the eastern suburbs, all up northern beaches, to bloody woop woop etc. When I asked for assistance from customer service they told me to make the person the surprise was for wait until 4:20pm.. like are you for real??? Surprise! Waste 20min of your life for a $155 bouquet I ordered - that actually didn't turn up until 5:08pm (so they wanted me to get the person to wait an hour??)

As above, I got the delivery at a commercial business at 5:08pm (I had to stay back and wait after my shift) after being assured I'd get it by 4pm. When I asked earlier in the day (when i noticed itd be late) if they could re-route to the person's home address, they said its too far and its not part of their policy where they have to do that. ok so maybe send the delivery out earlier??? Where's the organisation?

I had to deliver the parcel myself at 9:30pm at night in the rain to my friends address before she left to go inter-state. After spending $155 LAST WEEK when I preordered it... Never doing that again.

Try another business if you want timely deliveries and proper customer service. Such a shame and disappointment because the product was actually cute, and I think thats why I was so mad about the customer service. Next time I'll be going with another company.

0 stars you pay premuim for delivery and they have over 30 drivers probably uber ones but they make the drivers leave after 2pm to deliver by 9pm too bad if you want to surprise someone. Terrible service if you run a business and quote promises then you MUST DELIVER YOUR PROMISES. Will never use them again.

Product is good but if you want it on a particular date forget it - the nature of the product indicates a special occassion but delivery on your chosen date is not the date you picked. Why have the option to chose a delviery date if the courier this company uses is allowed upto 5 days to deliver. I ordered on the 8th for an 11th delivery date but it was not delivered until the 12th - the special occassion date had passed. very dissapointing.

Don’t expect to be delivered in a reasonable time – Why charge $20 for delivery if you can’t deliver the goods in a reasonable time. Kept looking at the courier tracking and it moved from 12pm to now deliver before 7pm when the recipient is not home. Customer service is no help either.

I didn't think to double check the address because I could see it was to Melbourne. I got told that even deliveries to Tassie get this tag which doesn't really make sense and is deceiving. We don't get things delivered out to us and so all the chocolate melted as it sat at the post office in the unairconditioned room out back.

Terrible delivery service – Terrible delivery service, even when booking well in advance still turned up late. Company said it was due to selecting standard delivery, but surely when a company specialising in dated occasions is booked well in advance, there is no excuse for not getting the gift there on the actual birthday. Really poor, take payment, try to up sell and didn't deliver – Ordered product and next day delivery. Order accepted, paid for and confirmed. Next day recieved a text trying to increase my order or won't deliver. Item was a gift for my mother and not received. This is a really bad experience and have asked for response. If no response soon, will be going to consumer affairs.
