that "delivery has been attempted' but also that there was no such address in my suburb. I thought that this was very strange since Startrack are owned by Australia Post who would certainly be aware of the location of all their post offices. Anyway I contacted Scrooz, who responded to my email immediately and said that they would resend the order by airmail, and also contact Startrack with my complaint. The product arrived by airmail within 24 hours and then the package from Startrack arrived as well, since the efficient sales people no doubt stirred up the delivery Company. No use giving a review of Startrack, since there are so may negative reviews already that I have to wonder why anyone still uses them. Bouquets to all the staff at Scrooz, and from the reviews that I have now read about this Company, I totally agree that 10 out of 10 is not enough praise for their outstanding client service and quality of their products.

Excellent service and products – I have been using Scrooz for a while now and they consistently get the product out and to me in the bush within 2 days. The screws are excellent and their metal drilling bugle heads for gyprock surpass the other brands of screws by miles - I have found they do a great pilot hole for when you can't get other screws through. I will continue to use and recommend them.

Wall plugs and screws – Srooz is very good retailer for wall plugs and screws, they are much better than dealing with Bunnings

Great product and service – I ordered some made-to-measure balustrade wiring (to use on a fence) as I dont have the expertise/equipment/patience to DIY. Their wingtip screws for fixing cement sheet and assorted wood boards to metal worked exactly as described and drove in very quickly.

The metal self drillers are superior to products I have gotten from Bunnings in that their heads don't reduce to melted slag when tackling heavier duty steel.

And the Screw Dogs are just what I was looking for to quickly and easily attach my work bench and tool cabinets to the slab beneath them. All it took was a 5mm pilot hole and it cuts its own thread.

Very happy with their products so far and I will be buying from them in the future.

Fantastic european products cant get elsewhere – Use constantly for the great products at brilliant prices. Just ring them for stuff and then go and collect - have used the postal service twice but then you have to factor in Aussie post! Nice posi gear too

Not hungry for business – Scrooz took 7 days to get around to shipping my order (add 2 for aust post to deliver to Sydney). I guess Scrooz ai'nt hungry for business. Want to support aussie companies but not when they don't offer good service. No explanation, no communication, no service sense. Won't be using them again.
